Based on what he did most people probably think that he is a crazy kid that always gets into trouble, but not in my opinion. One of the Character traits that stands out to me most is that he is very caring when it comes to his mom and Barbra, an example for that is when he heard his mom crying down stairs he ran down there to check and see if she was ok. Tim exhibits signs of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD throughout the movie which influences the choices he makes and the actions he takes during his life.
Guilt is a powerful emotion that can affect the path of a person’s life. Dunstan’s character in Robertson Davies’s “Fifth Business” experienced guilt at an early age and stayed with Dunstan throughout his life, and continually affected his relationships with Mrs.Dempster, Boy and Paul into an unhealthy one. Dunstan took the blame for the snow ball entirely without acknowledging boy was at fault. “I was contrite and guilty, for I knew that the snowball had been meant for me” (Davies, 11). From that point in his life, his guilt had the dynamo effect. He took blame for every tragedy that happened to the Dempster family since. Dunstan’s battled guilt ultimately controlled his action and relationships.

Today’s modern community generates a judgement that negative experiences will ruin your life, but studies show that negativity can actually result in positive change. For example, negativity can positively change teenagers actions, introduce teenager’s to more supportive environments, and help fix broken relationships.
The play “A Raisin in the Sun” by Lorraine Hansberry has many interesting characters. In my opinion, the most fascinating character is Ruth because of her many emotions and captivating personality. Much work goes into musical , as was the case in “Catch Me If You Can”,which La Joya Middle School drama had the pleasure of watching on January 15, put on by El Diamante High School. The musical was directed by John Sorber and Michael Tackett. This amazing production included many talented actors such as Maverik Dakota Raven starring as Frank Abagnale Jr., Kiley Hoffman playing Brenda Strong, and Jonathan Johns as Carl Hanratty. This incredible play carried a strong lesson. As was seen the protagonist ran from his problems and pretended to be someone who he wasn't. The plot of this story showed us that we can't run from our problems, for that only worsens the situation and is a snowball for our problems.
Anthony Doerr’s novel All the Light We Cannot See shows the reader how children would deal with war and how it shaped who they are today. Doerr’s purpose for writing this novel is to highlight how mentally taxing the war was and that there was no permanent escape from the war. Both Marie-Laure and Werner believed they could escape the war both physically and mentally, yet their involvement in it makes it more difficult. Marie-Laure’s fear of her father going to jail shows how she becomes involved in the war. Werner struggled with trying to escape the war through his fascination with radios when it just brought him further into the war. In Dan Chaon’s “Big Me”, the main character is living in an abusive household. The reason he crafted an imaginary city, became obsessed with the idea of his future self, and then later began having blackouts is due to him subconsciously developing coping methods to deal with his parents’ behavior.
