Many people in our states are saying that checks and balances are creating a limited government. Many events or articles are creating a limited government. Many people are disagreeing that some of the changes that have happened because it is not how the government is supposed to work. These next document are what have created our government into a limited government.
The most important thing is the separation of powers. As in document 1 show the process of separation of powers. This is a system that allows all the government to have equal powers. How this works it allows each part of the government (Legislative, Executive, Judicial) are able to keep on top of each other. In addition to checks and balances if one branch does not approve of the others decision like for example the executive checks the legislative by passing or vetoing the law. This process is what creates a limited

government.
The next document is a cartoon that explains how the branches keep control of the powers in document 2.

The legislative branch is a bigger branch the the executive branch. The Judicial branch has the constitution and themselves to keep in control of both the executive and legislative branch. This is able to happen because the judicial branch has the constitution and with the constitution they are able to declare if any of the legislative or executive decisions are unconstitutional. To add on to this in document 3 this is where the 22nd amendment comes into place. This document is an example of how we keep our government in control. The 22nd amendment limits the power of the presidency because the president is only allowed to be elected twice for a total of eight years.
Document 4 explains the war powers act This is what controls the whole army. The president has the power of commander in chief. Which means the president has the power to control the army and send armed forces. The next article in article ll section 8 states the congress has the power to raise an army and declare

war.
In document 5 explains how these executive orders impacts individual citizens. Executive orders impacts individual citizens by any order that goes through can impacts how people live, work, or even earn money. The executive orders provide checks because the judicial branch is able to checks the president's orders. For example the president makes a order and get checked by the judicial branch and the will either get accepted and will go into place or will get denied and go through another process or will go away in all.
Why does checks and balances create a limited form of government. These document are why our government has a limited form of government. From how the system works to how it can impact the people. Why it may never be answered conclusively, the available evidence strongly suggests this is how checks and balances has created a limited government.
