Evaluator’s Name: Mikayla Williams Date: 5/1/17 Self Evaluation: For this project, I was assigned the role as the researcher and I covered Section 1: Overview/ Analysis and Section 2: Research. I responded to all text messages in a timely manner. I completed my assigned tasks in a timely manner. I contributed ideas to the project whenever I could. I assisted Gladys with the editing of the Final paper. I would rate the late quality of my work as a low A or maybe a high B. At times, I was confused to what I was actually suppose to do and was afraid to ask a group member a question because of fear that I would annoy them. I sometimes came off as a weak conceptual. For this project, I approximately spent a total of six hours. Overall, I would give MYSELF a grade of: ___Low A or high B___ TEAM MEMBER EVALAUTIONS Group Member 1: Thanh Nguynen …show more content…
Thanh completed her task and submitted them on a timely manner. She proactively contributed ideas for the project. Out of all the group members, I would say that Thanh performance was the strongest. I liked working with Thanh because she was focused on turning in a good quality paper. I would write her a letter of recommendation for employment due to the fact that she is highly focused and is a hard worker. However, I am not sure if I would like to work with her again. At times, she came off as too

I performed mainly behind the scenes tasks such as making boxes and packing food. While I did not deal with feeding the hungry directly, I still learned and observed many lessons that were reflected in class. One thing I observed that we discussed in Reconciling All Things is people ignoring and crossing divides to help those in need. The people at the food bank did not care what the person’s socioeconomic status was, they still served and helped them. A lesson that became more solidified through this project was the fact that everyone’s job at the food bank, no matter how big or small, is important to getting to overall mission completed. Whether it was someone like me making boxes or someone serving food in the kitchen, we all played a role to end hunger. Another thing that I noticed through this project was that some problems are easier, maybe not by much but still nonetheless, to solve than we make them out to be. Hunger is probably the easiest social problem that can be solved in America due to the excessive amount of food wasted every year. I thoroughly enjoyed this project and watched things that were discussed in class come to
Begin with a brief description of your project that includes your clinical question, your planned intervention, the type of study you will conduct and how you plan to evaluate the outcomes.
Concluding this fall semester in Ballet II, I believe that I have gained huge improvements. As stated in my midterm self-evaluation, I wanted to spend my time in ballet to focus on areas of performance quality. I set four goals for myself to work on as well that included: stronger lower abdominal core, the use of my port te bras, releasing tension in my hands, and increasing the articulation of my feet. In addition to these certain goals, my hip injury has been a main focus throughout this entire semester.
The purpose of this assignment is to evaluate how well our group is working together. The Fantastic 6 has been put through many class assignments as well as a big project outside of class in order to improve both communication within the group and the group’s performance as a result of working together. Our group has had some obstacles getting in the way of achieving our group goals. We have fixed some of these problems easily, but others are still causing problems for the group.
In this paper I critically reflect on five different self-assessments: locus of control (LOC), emotional intelligence (EI), listening self-inventory, team member type and conflict management. Throughout my discussion, I focus on their correlations and apply the gathered information to my work-life experiences. I will also provide a systematic assessment of each of these questionnaires. This evaluation will address any possible weaknesses I had found within the tests and prepare my final conclusions based upon those final educated results.
C. -Evaluate how this project helped you understand the importance of justice and equality in a society. (It can be constructive: what could have been improved to make you understand it better?)
I always tried my best to be a contribution to the group, not a bother. I gave my best effort in everything that I did, and I hope that everyone could see that I put my all into my work.
I strongly believe that the class, HD341 Communication for Empowerment fulfill my goals in taking this class because it is giving me many opportunities to make connection with other classmates. I usually check in by sharing my stories at school, at work, and any issues that I am still concerned. Therefore, verbal communication is an area I frequently use in class to communicate with my peers as well as my professor. I also have active listening my classmate’s stories and have critical thinking to giving feedbacks to them.
I believe it is important for any student who wants to do their best in a class to take a moment to evaluate their own work to determine the rate their writing is progressing and how they can continue to advance their writing. When I looked through my own work I asked myself “what have I learned this semester?” and “what do I still need to learn in order to improve my writing?”. Answering both these questions will help me with my last step of my self-evaluation, developing a plan to learn new skills.
As my English 101 class comes to an end, I have realized how much I have transformed as a writer. In this essay, I am going to explain what I realized my strengths and weaknesses are as a writer and how they have manifested themselves throughout the quarter. I was skeptical at first coming into this class knowing that English takes formidable work and dedication, but I am very proud of the progress I have made. We completed a great deal of work throughout the quarter; from grammar exercises, summary reviews, and two challenging essays. Throughout the quarter I found myself improving in each category. As a writer, my skills and confidence have developed into more clarity and thought, something I have always wanted to be, as a result of a well constructed class that led to a superb educational experience.
My strongest writing skills were illustrated with the expression and analysis of the benefits and the drawbacks associated with the group project. While I was able to present the arguments and responses both verbally and in writing, there is additional work could use improvement. As English was not my first language, there were instances and moments where the
In the end, my team and I got an A- for our presentation and paper. I believe that this project was completely successful and although there were some difficult times throughout the process, I am proud to say that we all stayed committed to the project. I feel that this was my most significant leadership experience because I used everything I learned through my experience in business organizations to make this project come to life. I felt that I showed the qualities of a good leader because I was determined, motivated, worked well with the team, delegated tasks to the team effectively, and communicated with the team to make this project
As described, the majority of my tasks were concerned with collecting the data required for future analysis and interpretation. However, I was also responsible for updating files in a timely manner with the data gathered in the laboratory and animal facility settings as well as performing some minor data manipulation through the creation of
Self assessment is a process in which you examine yourself in attempt to discover and learn more about yourself. Your likes, dislikes, behaviors, attitudes and habits can be found during this process. You can use the discoveries to your advantage by accepting or changing strengths and weaknesses. I plan on using this course to enhance my personal skills to become a better student and find success in earning my Bachelor of Arts degree at Ashford University in Social Science. Self Assessment is the first step in my successful future.
