Evaluator’s Name: Mikayla Williams Date: 5/1/17 Self Evaluation: For this project, I was assigned the role as the researcher and I covered Section 1: Overview/ Analysis and Section 2: Research. I responded to all text messages in a timely manner. I completed my assigned tasks in a timely manner. I contributed ideas to the project whenever I could. I assisted Gladys with the editing of the Final paper. I would rate the late quality of my work as a low A or maybe a high B. At times, I was confused to what I was actually suppose to do and was afraid to ask a group member a question because of fear that I would annoy them. I sometimes came off as a weak conceptual. Thanh completed her task and submitted them on a timely manner. She proactively contributed ideas for the project. Out of all the group members, I would say that Thanh performance was the strongest. I liked working with Thanh because she was focused on turning in a good quality paper. I would write her a letter of recommendation for employment due to the fact that she is highly focused and is a hard worker. However, I am not sure if I would like to work with her again.
