Selena Gomez is a fourteen carat diamond to me. She is more than just some singer to me, she is one of my role models and as she takes on a more mature role in society I am also growing as person. She is growing as a person and so am I so I am a follower still; I enjoy her music becoming more mature too because it keeps me interested. You wouldn’t expect an 18 year old to be listening to Barney music still. Selena Gomez got her start on Barney as a kid. She did that for a few years until she was a preteen then she began doing Wizards of Waverly Place. This was my favorite T.V. show as a kid and when Selena was first introduced to me. As her career with Wizard of Waverly Place increased she began her singing career. She already sung the show’s theme song and it was very good. She then formed her band Selena Gomez and The Scene including the albums: Kiss & Tell, A Year Without Rain, and When The Sun Goes Down.
