“It is just becoming too much. Like it is all building up. It was hard when I first started sure, but I thought it would get easier.” I look down at my lap thinking of how to explain everything. “I-I miss my family, and some of my old friends. Also even though I am thankful for our success it makes it harder. We are expected to make less mistakes than before.” Mark Hyung looks at me thoughtfully while he intently listens. “My mom, I miss her. Sometimes I don't though because with every mistake I make she criticizes me. I want to work harder for her, but I feel terrible for getting mad at her at times.” To signal that I am finished speaking I shift in my seat and look at Hyung. Mark Hyung gives me a soft smile. “I understand. I miss my …show more content…
Everything seems cherry until her eyes meet mine. “How was lunch?” Her eyes target Jackson Hyung's waiting for him to answer. “It was good.” As Hyung goes to put his things away I take my chance to get talk with Kenzie. “Can we talk?” She takes her time to respond. “Sure,” she smiles sweetly. “I'll be back,” Kenzie tells Jackson Hyung as we walk by. She might feel awkward going into my room so I lead her outside. “I think we should talk about what happened at the cafe.” Kenzie sighs, “me too.” “I have just been going through some difficult stuff. I wanted to end it all, so dumb. I'm just sorry that you had to see me like that.” It is true I wish she hadn't seen me like that. “Youngjae it is none of my business the difficulties you are facing. There is no need to apologize.” No need to apologize? She was so mad. “Why were you so mad?” Kenzie sighs as her eyes fall to the ground. “I used to know someone that tortured themselves often. Like really tortured, I just don't want you to fall into the same trap. Even if we haven't known each other long I don't want anything to happen to you. I think you are a really great friend.” Her smiled showed how sincere she is. “So can we be friends
“ “You see?” [Mom] said. “Right there. That’s exactly what I’m saying. You’re way too easily embarrassed. Your father and I are who we are. Accept it.”

“No Mark I have better things to do” yelled mother furiously. Mother was still angry that Father and Tim were at war. Everything left her mind.
Drug addiction is on the largest contributing factors for the deaths of millions of people throughout out the ages. Todays day in age drugs have become more dangerously more potent than they were a decade back. My artwork drawing is based on the short story “The Scream”. This story is about a girl named Eliza who is now, for the first time, in drama class. Eliza hates drama class, she thinks people will make fun of her because she is not good at drama or the fact that she is tall, bony and has eczema. On one half of my art, you can see there are clouds that are raining on a hand of a girl with lizard skin and cracks on it. In the story Todd Zudder, the antagonist of the story, makes Eliza feel even more uncomfortable that Todd is in her class.
"Still with Charlotte then" She asks as we jump in a cab and about two hours later we reach Calcutta and we spot a little girl Natasha walks up to her as I turn to the group of men we have assigned to us
In this course, I’ve learned about the three sub-genres of horror. These three sub-genres are moral allegory, psychological horror, and the fantastic. The first sub-genre of horror, moral allegory, revolves around a rule being broken and the punishments for breaking the rule. There’s commonly a focus on the battle between good and evil, and there is often a supernatural evil involved. Commentary on our society is also common. The next sub-genre, psychological horror, capitalizes on deviant or abnormal human psychology. This abnormal creature creates the horror, whether through their actions or just by existing. The “monster” of the story is often a representation of an aspect of ourselves. This “monster” is not
"So I was right. Not even my closest "friend" can stand before me now. But then again, why would a monster like me need any friends. None of you care anyway."
Between all the Painting showed in the two slides of Principles and Elements of Design, I decide to describe “The Scream”, painted by Edward Munch.
...k down to see the rucksack slung over her sister’s shoulder. Anna stood in disbelief as Mary, wide-eyed and innocent looking, apologized for changing her mind about going on the rollercoaster, saying "It was just too scary after all" (11). Anna could no longer take the scorching heat and her sisters grinning face, and fell to the ground in a crashing fall.
