Illegal immigrants, skin color and life’s killed is causing many individuals to become furious. Currently, our society is experiencing many deaths against the white policemen killing innocent black people. Although, the reader is not admitting to know the truth in each of the cases but this insanity must end. Each of us were all created differently in skin color, face structure, and personality. Over the years, the United States have led many discussions on racism causing unfair equality.
The writer, Catherine E. Shoichet included an interview with a lady named Debora Aust about her opinion on the growth of racism over the years. She said, “It always seemed like it was getting better, like our generation was going to be better than previous generations” (Shoichet, Catherine E). In addition, the first grade teacher authorized the reader to be dismissed from the class into another classroom. The teacher denied of having Hispanic children’s in the classroom to avoid conflict. In fact, it did affect the reader’s point of view of how important individuals consider a skin color or race. The government and community should come together as a nation to end the endless racism that has been occurring for decades. Especially, against the African-American and Hispanic who are accused of being untruthful and the cause of taking jobs. Justice will occur if each individual continue to pray for respect and peace over those individuals who tend to disagree.
