Human beings feel emotions. We feel happiness and sadness. We feel anger, and hope, and fear, and excitement, and joy. But most importantly, we feel love. We love activities, we love things, we love animals, and we love other people.
We should not be judged based on who or what we love. I believe that love is love. It doesn't matter where love comes from, or where it goes, it just matters that everyone is loved in some way.
I love girls, but I also love boys. I love trans people and non-binary people. I love people based on who they are as a person, not what they look like or what gender they identify as. Unfortunately, I do get hate for that. I get shamed by Christians because it is unholy and a sin to love someone of the same sex. I get shamed by the LGBT+ community because they think that I can't pick a side or I'm greedy. But I manage.

Most Christians don't hate people because one of the ten commandments is to love thy neighbor. I know that I can go to my church to talk and I know that will not be met with hate or shame but by love and support. There is a large LGBT+ network on the internet that I know I can go to for support because most people accept who I am and who I love. And, I have friends and my family. I talk to my friends and they accept me. They love me. My family did not kick me out of my home because of who I am, but there are so many stories like that. I have support and I have
Nobody deserves to be hurt for who they are. Everyone is their own person, and you can’t change that. There are many examples of people who have been hurt by other people discriminating against them. Hurting other people for who they are just needs to stop, it’s not right on any terms, and it can be deadly.
There are multiple feelings, moods, and senses that people use every day. Two of the primary feelings used is
If nobody judges others for what they do, this would be a much better place. People would be accepted. Everybody has their own beliefs, whether it’s religion or sexuality. I’m treated as an outsider because I am pansexual. I’m judged by the people that don’t think that’s normal. People are still people no matter what they think about something.
...o them and that is being a human being. They have to always put down those who make the decision to love who they love and if that is, someone of the same sex then so be it, we are not
Emotions – Emotions are a way for us to be able to communicate our emotional state and feelings with others. Sometimes this is through our moods or even facial
"What Is Love: Theories on the Greatest Emotion of All Time." World News. N.p., 13 Dec. 2012. Web. 09 May 2014. .
To conclude, researches propose a number of theories that experience human emotions. The James-Lange theory of emotion and the Cannon-Bard theory of emotion belong to one physiological category of theories. However, chosen theories differ greatly from each other. While the James-Lange theory affirms that different physiological states respond to various experiences of emotion, the Cannon-Bard theory claims that humans react to an inducement and experience that is related to the emotion at that time. Both theories have individuals that criticize them and it is up to the individual to decide which one to
In the rural, Catholic village that I grew up in, there were a total of 3-5 gay people ranging in age from teenagers to adults. When we would go out of town and see a presumed member of the LGBT community, I often heard homophobic comments. Most of the residents in my hometown were born and raised there, for at least two generations. Be it that homosexuality used to be considered a mental illness or the fact that everyone is Catholic, the community was moderately homophobic. This played a large role in the formation of my identity over the next several
Emotion is something that people cannot see and touch, but it accompanies people every day. People are quite familiar with it and they use it, enjoy it and control it. However, there will still be some people who wonder what emotion is. According to Dictionary.com, emotion is defined as “an affective state of consciousness in which joy, sorrow, fear, hate, or the like, is experienced, as distinguished from cognitive and volitional states of consciousness” (emotion). As part of emotion, positive emotion is an essential factor in people’s lives. Positive emotions have the antecedent, a role of signaling happiness, and a function to approaching actions that are going to be stated.
Do animals feel joy, love, fear, anguish or despair? What ere emotions, and perhaps more importantly, how do scientists prove animals are capable of emotion? Sea lion mothers have often been seen wailing painfully and squealing eerily as they watch their babies being eaten by killer whales. Buffaloes have also been observed sliding playfully across ice, excitedly screaming “Gwaaa.” Emotions are defined broadly as psychological phenomena that help in behavioral management and control. This is a challenging question to researchers who are trying to determine the answer to this question. Through current research by close observation combined with neurobiological research, evidence that animals exhibit fear, joy happiness, shame, embarrassment, resentment, jealousy, rage, anger, love, pleasure, compassion, respect, relief, disgust, sadness, despair, and grief is likely. Charles Darwin said, “The lower animals, like man, manifestly feel pleasure and pain, happiness, and misery.” I agree with Darwin. I believe animals do exhibit emotions, and denying that animals have emotions because the subject cannot be studied directly is not a reasonable explanation.
Another way that homosexuals are looked down upon is through the religions of Catholicism and Islam. It is quite known that Same-sex marriage and homosexuality is not really allowed in the Catholic religion. Based from the Sacred Scripture, homosexual acts are intrinsically disordered (Vatican “You Shall Love Your Neighbour”). It represents homosexuality as a person that is broken and there is no cure for what has happened to them. But currently, the Church is willing to accept those homosexuals who are willing to stay chaste and follow that part of the religion. Though the Church is accepting chaste homosexuals, they are not willing to change their opinion on same-sex marriage. The Vatican constantly says “marriage between man and woman” (Vatican “You Shall Love Your Neighbour). This is then implying that marriage can only happen between man and woman (and not between those of the same
“Love is universally accepted by many people and the concept of love within the English language refers to a variety of different approaches, states and attitudes, ranging from pleasure to interpersonal attraction.” (Kendrick 123) My characterization of love encourages the intimate emotion I partake for my family. The distinct connection that we fashioned and the invaluable moments that we consolidated. In the perceptive of a mother, my children are my supremacy and the greatest blessing of my lifecycle. They’re my inspiration and motivation to continue progressing and becoming the best at what I do. With that in mind, Love relics your outlooks and approaches the linkage they become associated with. Consequently, this condition can fluctuate over a period of a specific time. Additionally, depending on your situation, your perspective on love can be an altering affect, creating a stable or inconsistent assessment. Furthermore, causing your love to intensify, decline, or even cease. Love in its essence, stands justly powerful and the beauty of it advances,
Every day in our society we judge people because of how they act or how they choose to live their lives. Lots of gays and lesbians have to go threw people judging them and they still have to go threw it when they want to get a job. Sometimes it is harder for a homo
In my opinion we are all equal. we are all human beings who have the same abilities,we have two arms, two legs a brain etc… and they have many qualities that can be developed but only by the fact that their sexual orientation is different from the "common" man and woman, woman and man I feel we are depriving them from so many things, which in my opinion we are doing an injustice as a society.
Anti-Gay groups believe that homosexuals hold no right in our society. Hate groups often cite religion as the reason behind their actions and the source of their beliefs. Anti-Gay protest groups launch verbal and physical attacks on homosexuals creating hate posters that say “God hates fags”. Violent acts of hatred is not new to the world. Anti-gay groups believe that homosexuals are the root of all evil and unholy. Ide...
