Not only is Sasha Uskov a criminal from his actions, his thoughts and behavior confirm that this is his true personality. To begin with, Sasha doesn’t accept the blame for himself. The story states, “He was not blame; it was the fault of the circumstances,” By saying this, he is trying to move the blame off of himself in an attempt to justify his actions. Sasha also thinks the whole issue isn’t a big deal because everyone does it and it’s normal to forge a person's name. This is not the case and Sasha is only attempting to convince himself that his criminal acts are perfectly ordinary. Secondly, Sasha’s nonchalant thoughts only prove his criminal nature. A moral person would care, if they feel they are truly innocent of charges, about whether
they will be punished or not. This is the opposite with Sasha. Sasha’s theory is written in this way, “He felt neither terror, shame, nor depression, but only weariness and inward emptiness,” As a final point, Sasha has a true criminal mindset because he blackmailed his family after they were compassionate and forgiving. This act shows that Sasha consciously continues to make wrong decisions repeatedly and that this isn’t a one-time mistake. He is manipulative and knows how to control people to do what he wants. Even though Sasha could have been sent to jail, he still finds a way to take advantage of his family and gain the upper hand. Truly, Sasha fits all the characteristics of a real criminal.

In “Theories of Time and Space,” Natasha Trethewey details the evolution of maturity in humans and how that process occurs using a journey to Gulfport, Mississippi. Trethewey begins her work by establishing a destination and starting point that are a metaphors for the progression of innocence to maturity, and she concludes by explaining the significance of that change. All of these components work together to develop an allegory about the human condition. An allegory, as defined in Rapaport’s “The Literary Toolkit,” is “the extension of an analogy into an isomorphic set of correspondences,” that transform the literal meaning (Rapaport, 110). Trethewey uses the literal meaning of a physical journey to Ship Island to create an allegory about
People who are different and ready for a change can be scary, society is one of the first people scared. Society pushes away people who are different from the norms. This happened in a time overlooked by many people. This was the time the young lords spent in New york. Kids and teenagers banded together to make as much as a difference as possible. Many tried to make a non-violent movement and were still shot down and told to silence their movement. Many middle aged Puerto Ricans raised in the United States disagreed with the action plan of the Young Lords, they believed the young lords were just causing trouble in each city they arrived in. They refuse to allow the idea of change into their mind as well as the minds of their children. They didn’t want the fight to make things worse for Puerto Rico’s freedom.

Imagine being captive in a concentration camp for over eight years. Ivan Denisovich Shukhov has experienced just this. In analyzing only one day of Ivan’s life in a concentration camp, he displays many traits that show that he is a hero. Hero, can be defined in many different ways. The definition from Webster’s dictionary states: Hero- a man of distinguished courage or ability, admired for his brave deeds and noble qualities. Shukhov definitely portrays courageous characteristics. He also has gained many abilities that people do not have, due to his experience in the concentration camp. Shukhov shows emotional, physical, and moral strength throughout this book. I believe this alone makes him a hero.
At the opening of the film we see Erin struggling: as a single mother, as a human being with potential, courage and individuality, and as a sexual being as well. Erin is a St. Joan of the white underclass, a Green Guerrilla, Mother Jones and Madonna all rolled into one. Unlike the image of second wave feminism which distanced itself from any robust sexuality it felt to be reductive at best or degrading at worst, Brockovich's iconic status is post-"third wave" feminist, that is, eroticized, as it borrows heavily from underground Grrrl culture, aware of being both a body and a mind, and utilizing both to their fullest. When we see her at the beginning of the film, she is filmed against a city using the imagery of 1970s U.S. realist cinema, and the explicitly socialist poetics of Ken Loach or the early Mike Leigh in the UK. Erin's allegedly outspoken comments express what many (women) in the audience feel, and her quips act as so many asides in the Brechtian sense.
Anna Andreevna Gorenko was an insurgent Russian poet who wrote under the pen name Anna Akhmatova to protect her family name. Her poem "Everything" explained the constant despair faced while living under Stalin, whereas "But Listen I am Warning You" portrays her refusal to continue living voiceless. Akhmatova's most renowned poem "Requiem" displays the persistent struggles faced during Stalin's reign of terror and the indignation felt within the time frame. Joseph Stalin's reign of terror impacted the poetry of Anna Akhmatova greatly, as shown in her poems "Everything," "But Listen, I am Warning You," and "Requiem."
True love leads the tragic death of five innocent adolescents. At least that’s what happens in Romeo and Juliet. Many people describe the play as a comedy in tragedy. Many people may argue that Romeo and Juliet was not a true love story because it’s a three day affair between two teen agers that results in the loss of 5 people this is true but just because it was only three days does not mean they could not have fallen in lovein that time peiod there was enof time for them to fall in love and get married .However the evidence points to it being a true love story.

Even to this day his sons are following in his footsteps and carrying on as the oldest helicopter manufacturer in the world.

Sasha not being paid lead him into some debt. Sasha did not have the intention of forging signatures on IOUs, but he still made the choice to do so. Sasha making the choice to forge the signatures is what makes him a criminal. After making a deal with his uncles to go to work with his uncle Ivan and work off his debt, Sasha is still unappreciative. After Ivan fought for Sasha to not go to trial,
