Samford has many way to get around using public transport for example Brisbane bus lines has many buses that travel out there morning and afternoon. Samford has parkland and green spaces for young children to play sport or do leisure activities. Samford skies has also opened up and is ready for housing development. How can the community plan for a livable future in my suburb? The people that could help on planning a sustainable future for the city of Samford is The Australian government, the Samford community and individuals should be getting involved in making Samford more sustainable and more environmentally for the whole community. Making changes to my city? The first change I would make would be to have more public transport options available for people who work in the Brisbane city and live out at in Samford. By car it is 23.5 kilometers and takes approximately 31 minutes to get to the Brisbane CBD. Samford should have a train line that’s runs our past ferny grove train station and continues its way out to Samford and back to the Brisbane CBD stopping at all of the regular stations which include Kepperra station, Groverly station, Oxford Park station and Mitchelton station. The second change I would make to the Samford community is to have a clean-up day every month for Samford and the community to participate in cleaning up the city. Footpaths to be added to quality areas to footpath
Dally you should not even think about killing yourself it will not solve anything and will only make thing worse for everybody who cares about you. I know that you will not believe this and think that the world is horrible and is not worth living in but I promise you that there is still good in the world. I know that you will say that there is not and that I am naive, but I was not the only one to see this even Johnny saw it as he was dieing. He wanted me to try to point this out to you but I knew that you would need more than just me and Johnny's persuasion so I got word from all of the gang and some idea of how to make things better.

Picture a stunning sandy beach, waves lapping on the shoreline and the sun setting on the horizon creating a breathtaking atmosphere. The never-ending golden sand stretching as far as the eye can see. This is Australia.
This paper argues that urban consolidation should not be the focal point for future development in Melbourne. I will present this augment from 4 different environmental and social perspectives, which include urban consolidation limits green space, lack consumer preference, restricts freedom and rebuts that sprawl development is not necessarily bad for traffic.
5. Hypothesis 1- Within the 1900s, Pyrmont was considered one of the busiest and high-quality port facilities in Australia. However, urban decline became a problem as many industries began to relocate to inexpensive land , while the detoritation of the wool industry made many factories no longer useful. Understanding this, the federal government initiated a ‘Better Cities Program’ which focuses on making Australian cities sustainable and more
Ever since the fall, mankind has had a voracious desire for power and influence. People witness this desire within the walls of the Capitol Building when the media exposes backroom deals. It also springs up whenever a politician uses a podium to persuade people that he makes the world work. Politicians possibly rely on persuasion because they crave the power. However, persuasion is a manipulative, unBiblical tactic of forcing others to accept a point of view by all means necessary.
Well, a place where to live is essential for everybody. Today I am going to show you a less expensive, practical and ecofriendly solution for this basic but indispensable necessity.

Sydney's population is growing rapidly. Currently, the future for the generations to come is looking bleak as pollution and sustainability are not up to speed with the increasing population.
Lismore and towns nearby were once a part of a rainforest called ‘The Big Scrub’. Now less than 1% of it remains due to urbanization. The social struggles urbanization creates have to be considered. They affect all Australians and if they are not considered the lives of the locals could get more difficult.
These additions will increase travel options & aid in servicing a more compact Adelaide. The distribution of activities within metropolitan Adelaide has also changed, from mainly economic activities to more personal services and knowledge based industries such as schools and universities. As these changes in activities take place the structure of the city and the transport system will also need to change and adapt to better fit the new system. ‘Knowledge intensive’ activities predominantly take place in the city and also in employment centres but to a lesser extent. This means that employment areas will need to become more flexible and this can be done by locating
Having regard to the implementation of New Urbanism principles in three different scales, it can be derived some discussions of New Urbanism theory and practice. In the region scale, New Urbanism advocates Sydney Metro strategy in providing additional housing choices to meet people needs and lifestyles. New Urbanism also supports a vibrant place to live and well-connected neighbourhood. New Urbanism seems to be the way to achieve higher density developments by utilizing potential farmland areas in city fringe and regenerating undeveloped industrial lands in inner city.
In order to determine if Ferny Grove is a sustainable community, we must first determine what a sustainable city is. Some aspects of sustainability are:
Geography Assessment What do sustainable cities look like? A sustainable city looks like a place with happy people enjoying the facilities that surround their local suburb. There are many resources and facilities in and around the city of Brisbane.
As previously implied, cities are currently the antithesis of even the barest sense of sustainability. To succinctly define the term “sustainability” would be to say that it represents living within one’s needs. When it comes to the city, with almost zero local sources of food or goods, one’s means is pushed and twisted to include resources originating far beyond the boundaries of the urban landscape. Those within cities paradoxically have both minimal and vast options when it comes to continuing their existence, yet this blurred reality is entirely reliant on the resources that a city can pull in with its constantly active economy.
