It is 2030, and President Salvador Del Salvador was gunned down outside of the San Salvador Cathedral in the capitol of El Salvador, San Salvador. Why I chose to write "Salvador" five times in the previous sentence? I have no idea. President Salvador was an atheist, yet he attended church every Sunday morning, religiously. Maybe the crowd of beautiful women that attended mass drove President Salvador to his frequent church visits. Hated throughout the country, President Salvador wore a Groucho Fuzzy Nose and Glasses to disguise himself during his weekly church visits. However, his disguise did not fool Ramiro "El Payaso" Lopez, a Mara Salvatrucha member. President Salvador had lost $20 to Ramiro in a craps game, and never paid-up. He was

“I am obsessed with silence because of the silence of the world. I do not understand why the world was silent when we needed its outcry. I always come back to that problem. Throughout our lives, we carry and value our own beliefs. As we face different challenges, we may be persuaded into making certain choices. However, no matter how convincing a person may be, in the end we always have the last word. Nobody likes being told what to do but we do like to hear other opinions for a different perspective. The proper way of using rhetoric is through a confident tone that is knowledgeable of their topic. The speaker should have integrity and be selfless in the sense that they are understanding towards their audience.
Three weeks ago, Trump’s title elevated from GOP candidate to president-elect. Following this revelation, protests erupted and injured countless civilians and law enforcers. Even high schoolers, trapped in the wrong place at the wrong time, have been tear gassed and endangered through the protests. As they become discredited about the state of their country, the democrat’s anger morphs into anxiety. With a president-elect, who, in the past three weeks, has altered his platform and changed
Ever since the fall, mankind has had a voracious desire for power and influence. People witness this desire within the walls of the Capitol Building when the media exposes backroom deals. It also springs up whenever a politician uses a podium to persuade people that he makes the world work. Politicians possibly rely on persuasion because they crave the power. However, persuasion is a manipulative, unBiblical tactic of forcing others to accept a point of view by all means necessary.

The United States of America is known as the nation of freedom, a place to make dreams come true, and where equal rights are followed. However, our education in history shows a different perspective. The citizens have had a complicated time convincing the mind of Congress on modifying the rights of the people. Before, women could not vote to choose the future of America, yet after many marches, the women who rose up to speak with great fervor accomplished their goal of making it possible for women to vote. The Presidential Election is a time for people to vote for the leader of the country. As I turn 18 yrs old, I have the opportunity to vote for this country’s future. What led me to the desire of voting was hearing Donald Trump’s negative
For my “How to do” speech my goal was to share with the class an interesting and informative way to learn something new. Due to the speeches time limit, I knew I needed to be well prepared. I wanted to be less nervous before and during my speech. While presenting I was nervous, but I didn’t really have time for these feelings to sink in because I was focused on the information I wanted to share with the audience. I think part of that was because
