Sacrifice In The Outsiders

Cause the sacrifices they made and the violence they were exposed to, the “Greasers” struggled more that the “Socs”.In the book The Outsiders many people have a certain point of view, many people believe that the Greaser struggles more than the rich people the Socs. Darry drops out of high school to help his little brothers, they struggle more because their not wealthy and don’t have money or jobs like the Socs. Some people believe that the Socs have it harder because they are sometimes left alone and don’t have their mom and dad all the time.Cause the sacrifices they made and the violence they were exposed to, the “Greasers”

struggled more that the “Socs”.
Due to the sacrifices the Greasers had to make, it caused one of them to drop out of school and to help their family.”Darry had to work two jobs and give up his college scholarship to keep his to younger brothers together as a family.”This shows that Darry made personal sacrifices to keep Soda and Ponyboy out of a group home.It is important because some Greasers clearly do not have the option to pursue their dreams because they do not have the family and money resources.

“In addition in the book Darry, Soda, and Johnny keeps their doors open at night for family and friends can be able to enter when they need to hide or needs a place to stay.”This shows that they leave their door open to one of their buddies that need their help with something. They are sacrificing their life to help their friends.It is important because it shows how they have to sacrifice their life's to help one of their good friends out.This paragraph is defined how the Curtis boys scarifies their life to do what they need to do to live with rich snobby Socs. Due to the sacrifices Darry had to make in life they managed to have good money and a good

life.
This really shows that the Greasers have learned they must stay together to defend themselves. Due to the violence in this book it cause their Dally that was known very well to die which cause a big rumble between the Socs and the Greasers at the end.The Socs frequently find themselves in fights or rumbles where they are being beaten by the Greasers.This is not accurate evidence of their struggles because the Socs are driving across town just to start the fights.In addition, in the book on paragraph 4 it tells the reader what happened when Johnny and Ponyboy ran away and went to the park, a few minutes later a few Socs come up to Johnny and Ponyboy and jumped them.This shows the violence between the Greasers and the Socs and how Johnny and Ponyboy run away and got jumped at the park. The Socs comes up to them and they were looking for a fight.This shows how all the violence happens for the Greaser and the Socs. The Socs ride around look for Greasers to be mean or to pick a fight which causes violence against the Greasers and Socs.This paragraph tells me how all of the violence starts between the Greasers and Socs. Greaser are poor people that use a lot of grease for their hair and are poor. Socs are rich.
Due to rich kids and poor kids families it causes some teen to drop out of high school and poor kids are forced to drop out to get out of school to get money because family is not wealthy enough.For example, in the article“Alarming Number of Teenagers are Quitting School to Go to Work” By DaniellDouglas-Gabriel.According to this article teens drop out of school due to family help or lack of attention from parents.This shows why rich or poor teens drop out of school. Meanwhile rich teens drop out just to drop out while poor kids are forced and wants to get an education rich kids wants to party hard.This is important because it it tell someone that doesn't know anything about poor or rich kids facts about their life and how they wanna live it.For example, in the article A Generation Struggling: Rich Kids are Losing talks about how they force there teen to drop out of school to help there family or baby sit a younger sibling while they go out and make money.This shows what poor people has to do to help family because there no wealthy enough and needs more money to supply food and clothing.This is important because poor people always have to give up something they really want while rich people are just giving up on it and doesn't care.These paragraphs mostly talks about the money that poor doesn't have and its causing some poor teens to drop out and also to do drugs because of the stress.

Almost every day their is a fight between the Socs and Greasers. Body paragraph explains the rich and poor how the rich is giving up what the poor wants and are do drugs because lack of attention or they just are abundant by their paren’ts and poor kids are forced to drop out and not get a full high school education due to lack of money.Due to the way that the Greasers have to quit school and helping there family out and the Socs not having there mom or dad around cause they are abundant a lot I think they both have it hard in
