The Roman empire may have fallen more than thousand years ago but the Roman empire left a legacy. Roman engineering constructed many projects to serve the needs of urban culture. Engineering was more important to the Romans than graphic arts were. When the Romans did the engineering they used all natural resources. Most of time Romans would use waterproof materials, so when the weather got bad their work did not get ruined. Most techniques were inherited by early civilizations, Egypt and Greek.
