Layton states that teachers need to be inspired by their job which results in inspired students. Being apart of my dads teaching career has let me see an exclusive behind the scenes of a teacher and his actions carry out to other people. Personally in my life have experienced many different teachers. In the last year I have experienced two different teachers who have brought me up and down and made me realize how important teachers are and how they affect students.
