Nationalism a strong ideology that says the interest of one nation is superior to the other, and what holds them together is the belief to form independence in their culture and ethnicity. In the Balkans and Middle East religion is the most important element to establish a nation.
Moreover, a nation is not a natural thing but created through nationalism. The main objectives to form nationalism is to gain independence, to become modern and then to develop a positive identity. Recent development in India, points out two pillars which are cultural home and a territory. In some cases not all nation state are fully a sovereign state. The intelligentsia class formed the Indian national congress: which was action against foreign rules. Gradually, people sacrificed their position; comfort and wealth as the willingness of the countries sacrifice created nationalism and received attention from the world. Soon Mahatma Gandhi formed Quit India Movement the slogan is Do or Die, Now or Never and were determined that the British should quit immediately from India, and this movement is regarded as been great as it brought the whole country together. Factors such as national anthem, symbols of national unity and nation merging like German and Italy are the symbols of Nationalism. Modern age has greatly been an influence to nationalism movement, in technology building such as steam engine, space shuttle and the development of new economy systems such as capitalism and different ideologies and as well as new religions.
