The most important role of being the president is being the Commander of Chief. Commander in Chief services are to defend the country during any war. All of the military leaders report to and take orders from the Commander. The president is the commander for the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and the Coast Guard and sometimes other countries. His orders can’t be disobeyed by anyone in the military. Commander in Chief can decide when troops are deployed in a disaster.
