Forty-Fourth President, Barack Hussein Obama in his speech, the Inaugural Address, describes how he will make improvements to the American way. Obama’s purpose in his Inaugural speech is to help the audience understand his passion and his new views he sees for America as the newly elected leader. Obama uses a very humble and exciting tone in the speech. Obama begins his speech by stating the problems in the country and what we can do as America to help fix it.
