Recommended: Texting while driving should not be prohibited

Driving while texting is very dangerous. If someone is texting while driving, then they would have to take their eyes off the road to look at their phone. In that split second of distraction, someone can accidentally kill an innocent citizen. An accident like that can change a person’s life forever.
