I love Disney and I’ve always wanted to go to DisneyWorld. Then one day my dream finally came true. March 30th we left for DisneyWorld. It was my first time going on an airplane, that I remember. The plane ride was 2 hours, but I had plenty to do. The first half was kind of bad because the people behind me reached up and shut my window. So I didn’t get to see outside. When we got to the airport we rented a car to drive while we were in Florida. We then got in the car to get to our hotel. We stayed at the Riverside hotel. When we got all settled in we in we went to Downtown Disney to get dinner and to just look around. We looked around a while ,then i saw the lego store and I just had to go there. So I did and bought a lego kit to build something from one of my favorite lego series. Then we went back to our room and I swam for a while. After swimming we got ready and went to bed.
The next day we went to Magic Kingdom part of DisneyWorld. My dad wasn’t there for the part of the day. First, we went into the space part of DisneyWorld and rode a ride on top of a building. It was kind of like the Dumbo ride ,but spaceship themed. After

We rode lots of rides. Then we went back to Harry Potter world. We saw Hermione's dress from the actual movie. It was so cool. My mom and sister when we got there went on the Dragon Challenge. My dad, sister, and me didn’t go on it because it had big drops, loops, and corkscrews. After they got off we went on Flight of the Hippogriff. That and another ride that I’m going to tell you about in a minute were my favorite rides in Harry Potter world. Then, we went to the castle and rode the ride in there it was fun ,but spine-chilling. Then, we went back into Universal Studios and rode some dinosaur ride and King Kong. After we rode a few more rides we went back to the hotel. We were to tired that night because we stayed till like 10
The next day we had pancakes that the hotel gives for breakfast. That was the best food I have had since the vacation has started. My family and I went to the beach right after that. The water was still cold, so I had to play with the sand. Instead of building a sand castle, I built a set of tunnel and stuff underground. Then, my little brother came and jumped on the tunnels and all of it fell down.
Our adventure ended at the theme park of theme parks, Universal studios. This was where some of the greatest movies ever were turned into real life and thrown into and amusement park. When we arrived we were greeted by tons of other high schools, because universal was hosting “Grad Bash” where the park is filled with other high school students from all over on their senior trips. Everything was crowded because of grad bash, but that didn’t stop me from having fun. The first ride I got on was the “Rip Red Rocket” I got dropped and thrown through colorful loops as a song I selected played through the back of my rollercoaster seat. After getting my hair thrown back from that thrill ride, we decided to head over to Harry Potter world where it almost felt like I was entering another universe. When I entered the hole in the wall I was introduced into a medieval styled town where a gigantic dragon sat on top of the main building breathing fire. We rode some 3-D rides and explored the unique shops they had around the park, but time snuck up on us too fast. It was time to leave already, I was upset, but I had one of the best times of my life.
A month went by of us packing, getting ready, and us counting down the days until we left for Florida and then Puerto Rico. The day came that we were leaving for Florida. We were in the car for 5 hours. We finally got to the hotel and we went to dinner. After that, we went to the pool and then we went to our rooms and went to sleep.
We went downstairs and we found the swimming pool, we went swimming and then we went to bed. The next morning we got up and packed and we were back on the road. It was kind of fun because we had to cross the border into Canada. We had to show them our passports and our birth certificates to get across.
Today was my sister's birthday! We went to Animal Kingdom, Which had a really fun ride called The Legend Of The Forbidden Mountain, where you go up the coaster normally and drop backwards. I screamed really loud! After a while, we got lunch. We went to a restaurant in the park, where I had the best grilled cheese of my life. We spent a few more hours at the park and left at dinner time. That night, we had dinner at a really nice restaurant. I got steak and mashed potatoes and we left after eating for about an hour and went back to our resort. When we got back we went to our cousin's room and watched
It was kind of funny listening to my family react to getting wet, especially my grandma because she hates getting wet. Plus when we went down the long slide at the end, my heart felt like it was out of my chest. It was an exhilarating ride, and I had a good time on it. My uncle would say before our trip that Disney had the best fireworks that he ever saw, so I was looking forward to them since my uncle is kind of a pyrotechnic.
Everything seemed to be going smoothly that morning. Dad loaded the luggage and packed the cooler. He even packed the extra pillows. My family was very happy as we prepared for our trip. I was twelve years old and my brother, Jobie, was ten. My dad had told us for years about his first trip to Disney Land in California when he was a young Marine.
The first ride I rode there was the old wood ride. For some reason I was nervous for this one too. But once i got on, i wasn’t nervous anymore, and i enjoyed the ride. It was a little bumpy, but the ups and downs were super fun. I rode that ride with my sister, dad, and my little bro. It was awesome.
After going on all the rides that we wanted to I ran over to the carousel; I loved the carousel the most. We went on a boat to get to Hollywood Studios. On the boat we saw snakes and fish in the water. When we got to Hollywood Studios we walked around to get gifts from the gift shop. My mom gave me money to buy things; I bought some necklaces.
Then on Thursday things really started to get interesting. My brother woke up around 4:30 Thursday morning and was throwing up. My dad ending up having to stay with him to take care of him while the rest of us went to his favorite park, Epcot. Epcot is, in my opinion, the most enjoyable because it has a destination theme and is set up like 6 different countries around the world. It incorporates a ton of different cultures and not only has great rides, but also it's a good learning experience.
My dad and sister watched television, my mom crocheted, and I worked on my Kinderbuch for German class. As usual, everyone but me fell asleep. At 10:30, we packed all of our things into the back of the Tahoe and pulled around to he front to return the keys.
Disneyland has a very special place in my heart. It has always been my dream to go to Disneyland one day. And, I thank God for granting my tiny little dream. Entering the park, the cares and worries were all left behind. I was sent to a fantasy world where the pirates serenade and animals can sing.
When I heard my parents talking about going to Disney World I was so excited. It was a long trip down to Florida and I could not sit still, because I was so excited. We finally arrived that evening and decided to stay in a hotel near the theme park. When it was time for bed I could not go to sleep for a long time, because I was so excited about going at Disney world. When I saw the big mirror ball from the entrance, I was amazed. Disney world had a wide variety of rides. There were tons of rides that shocked me. Some of these rides made you feel like you were riding in a jet because of how fast they were. There was even a roller coaster ride in the huge mirror ball. It was a slow ride, but I still liked it because there was air conditioning inside the ball. We spent all day at the park until we had ridden everything. That night Disney World had a firework show. The fireworks seemed like they lasted forever with the amazing colors bursting in the air one right after another. When the firework show finally ended my parents told me that it was time to leave. I was...
Taking that flight was nothing like the flights I’ve taken before. I had just recently celebrated my fourteenth birthday a week before being told that we were taking a trip. My dad wanted to surprise me for keeping up good grades in school. With my father working in the military and knowing a lot about other countries, I couldn’t have asked for a better gift. Went
After we got off the airplane, we rented a car and drove to my Uncle Joe?s house. We finally got there and then we all went out to eat dinner. We went to some Italian restraunt and boy was it good. To this day, I have never tasted anything as good as the Veal Picata I had that day. I ate so much that I could hardly move and once I got back to my uncle?s, I just passed out and went to bed. I had a big and exciting day ahead of me. I was going to Universal Studios and I couldn?t wait.
