Aaliyah was an amazing singer and actress whose music still carries on until this day. Aaliyah won her first stage role in the first grade. At that moment she realized that she wanted to be in show business. Later, Aaliyah was enrolled into a Detroit High School for fine and performing arts. Detroit high was actually a new school built for students serious about entertainment careers. To Aaliyah her grades were way more important than her career. Her uncle, Barry Hankerson, had his own label record which was named Blackground Records. Her uncle made an arrangement for her to work with the hot r&b star, R. Kelly. Aaliyah later found a new producer, named Timbaland. They weren’t well know but that didn’t matter to Aaliyah because their vibe was one of a kind. Aaliyah asked Illinois court to remove all records of the marriage. Later to find out the marriage certificate wasn’t even real. At the same time, Kelly was currently being sued due to another underage girl. Aaliyah did not want to be involved in any court battles, due to R.Kelly being misconduct. Later on, Aaliyah was forced to break off all contact with R.Kelly personal and business wise.
Aaliyah was 21 when she came across Damon Dash, a hip hop producer, at a party. Not long afterwards, they were dating and soon became inseparable. Later, the reports claimed the pilot allegedly argued with passengers about there being too much luggage for the plane to carry. This accident shocked the world. While Aaliyah’s funeral was going on authorities were investigating the accident. The reports said that the pilot was not authorized to fly the plane and also had recently been in court for crack cocaine charge. To be exact it was 12 days before the plane crash. The shocking part about this was he ( Luis Blanes) had not been listed as a pilot. Weird, right? This is still under investigation to weather the crash was due to weight of baggage or if others contributed to the crash.

We all admire the currently famous singer Meghan Trainor, but do you know her life story? Well, I’m going to tell you. She is inspired by everybody by her amazing songs. That woman has a strong ambition for singing. Obviously, she has of course written many songs. In fact, by the time she was eighteen she had written three albums! Her top two hits are “Lips are Moving” and “All about that Bass”. I chose Meghan Trainor for my project because I love her awesome songs. We will learn more about Trainor as we go along.
