Marketing research has become a very important part of small businesses and large corporations gaining information about their customers and how they feel about their products and services. According to Philip Kotler, "Marketing research is systematic problem analysis, model building and fact-finding for the purpose of improved decision-king and control in the marketing of goods and services (Kotler & Keller, 2012)”. The initial step in the marketing process is to identify the problem the company is having and then decide the way the marketing team would like to conduct the research. The marketing team will devise a plan on how to gather the information and set a budget for the research project. In the planning of how they will conduct the
Imagine this: you’re part of a rescue service, and you’re in the middle of a rescue attempt. However, the unthinkable happens: you miss your footing and fall to your death all because of poor decisions people made. Those people were the ones who put themselves at risk. Rescuers end up dying in an attempt to save them since they didn’t make a smart move. I believe people should not have the right to get rescued when they put themselves at risk.
Thrown into the United State’s army in order to pay for medical school, my father experienced numerous crises. But out of seven years of service, the first crisis story my father shared with me occurred a decade later in his occupational medicine office. One quiet work night Doctor Malik, my father’s boss, chocked on his dinner and could not breathe. Celia, the difficult to work with office nurse heard gurgling in the corresponding room and began to investigate. When she found Doctor Malik, she immediately performed the Heimlich maneuver, saving his life. My father had no direct role in this crisis, but he will always remember that help came from the least expected person. Even though Celia made work difficult in the office, her previous training and readiness to act saved Doctor Malik’s life. Just how Doctor Malik needed the quick response and help from Celia, other crisis situations require quick help from others.
It’s the hero’s job to save person in distress from the bad guys, but sometimes it’s the bad guys who are in danger. We see a similar pattern that repeats in almost every movie and T.V. This “Villainous Rescue” trope we see when the hero rescues the villain. It shows how the hero character is good and even shows the mercy towards the villain. This trope has change over time because in early 2000’s most fiction works that had villains rescued by heroes converted to become good guys, but in modern times the trope had evolved over time because most modern villains that are saved by the heroes stay villains.

Qualitative research I got people to answer questionnaires, surveys and interviewed a few people. I would also use primary research when figuring out if my campaign was successful or not. If I was to redo this campaign I would advertise on advertisement boards in colleges, schools and workplaces. I would also advertise on the television and try and get a famous football player to endorse my campaign.
How to Not be the Ultimate Survivor Many Americans love reality television because it reveals what people are able to do under intense pressure and testing their morality. These aspects are shown the reality game show called Survivor, where contestants are sent to live together in the wilderness and compete against each other for the title of being the Ultimate Survivor. These people are split onto tribes and the losing tribe would vote out a member and when they are in top twelve, they merge the two tribes and start competing against each other. There are many different ways for people to be voted off the reality game show, Survivor, for example, people would most likely vote for the people who are generally disliked by the other contestants,

This has been marketed especially to kids for pajamas and regular everyday shirts for young kids with the different types of birds that they have in each video game. This form of marketing helps with brand recognition especially when in large stores like Target and Toys R Us. The Angry Birds toys are typically separated by the brand, making the toys easy to find within large stores and extremely recognizable to any kid who walks through a toy aisle. There are toys ranging from figurines to stuffed animals. Even merchandise like lunch boxes and backpacks with birds from Angry Birds are sold all around, and they are ideal for the average elementary school student. All the merchandise that is sold for the brand is central towards their typical target audience, especially figurines and the backpacks sold for the brand, which are obviously not targeted for any audience older than elementary school and each toy is in the aisles that are marketed more towards boys than girls. Angry Bird’s brand has been expanded quite a bit in order to cater towards different audiences. The variety of products on the market with Angry Birds on them are quite astonishing, however it was an effective way to market to the younger audiences and properly get the word out, especially since the popularity of Angry Birds started approximately 6 years

Social media is an outlet that allows a company to introduce new products, control the speed of how they want to introduce their products and free advertisement. Sending out a tweet or putting up a status would let your customers know about a product that is released. This benefits companies because they spend less money on televised commercials, which takes more time to produce and will not reach as many generations that it could by using social media. Any social media site is free, and it takes less than 10 seconds to put out a post on any website. Facebook has also launched Facebook advertisements, which assist advertisers by showing advertisements to a user based on demographic factors, such as location, age, or gender, and which can further engage the audience by incorporating social context into advertisements, such as displaying when someone’s friend has liked an advertiser’s Facebook page (Li, Lin, & Chiu, Fall2014) .
