My strengths are active learning, mathematics, monitoring, reading comprehension, speaking, active listening, instructing, social perceptiveness, equipment maintenance, installation, operation monitoring, programming, repair, troubleshooting, system analysis, system evaluation, management of personnel resources, time management, word processing, graphics, database, internet, presentation, spreadsheet, navigation, and Quality Control Analysis.
When learning new things that I haven’t learned, I’m always eager to learn and engaged until I fully understand the process of what I am learning. I’ve was never too good at critical thinking things of what’s the pros and cons. I’ve haven’t tried using any training or instructional methods when learning new things. I’m good at science but never used any scientific rules or methods to solve problems yet. When it comes to negotiation, I’m horrible at it because I usually will get no agreements or not even half way to an agreement. I was never good at persuasion either, couldn’t never change people mind or behavior. I was never an actively person to help people because I wouldn’t be the first person to be asked for help. I haven’t had to do any equipment selection for work or either for personal use. As for operation and control, I have never controlled any equipment’s or system before besides my own laptop or computer. Operation analysis was never used in any of my jobs I have worked for or in my personal life. I’ve never used generated or adapt equipment’s and technology to serve user’s needs. Judgement and decision making was never a skill that I’ve acquired in any of my jobs or either in personal. Management of material resources is some of the skills that I haven’t acquired yet and nor I think will
