Wellness is imperative to a healthy life. Sometimes, people do not really consider what makes up wellness, they simply think of it as being “well”. Wellness may be a state of being “well”, however, it incorporates different areas such as nutrition, health, safety, nurturing, and emotional stability. People must be healthy in all of these areas in order to achieve wellness. This is not an easy task for an adult, but definitely not for children.

Love is a weird feeling. It’s been said that love has nothing to do with your heart, it 's all chemical reactions inside of your brain. Infatuation, attraction, crush is such powerful feelings that people do think that they are in love. Also, it is blind to the other person’s weaknesses and exaggerates his or her strengths. Similarly, infatuation often fades within a short time. However, true love is so real and so strong, strong enough that if it came down to it you would even die for your partner. Love as much more than a feeling. It is based on a well-rounded knowledge of a person’s strengths and weaknesses. Not so in the case of China and Jeremy, in T. Loving yourself is the key to a happy life. When you love all that you are, unconditionally, life reflects that back to you. When you learn to love yourself, fully, you create a happy, loving environment to flourish in. When we lose sight of what’s most important—loving self—we lose sight of our goals and dreams and being happy and healthy. Ultimately, to live a fulfilling life, first and foremost, requires that you love all that you are and trust that life loves you in return.
