This is my second week of my practical training life. For a trainee, the second week of practical training is much more enrich than the first week. Through to these few days, I have understood how the company operates.
On Monday, I key in the information to the computer to search for the record and then I print out the document. After printing out the documents, I have to record it to the Company Activity Notebook. Company Activity Notebook is the customer and worker information that recorded in the notebook for the application of worker work pass, quota, special pass, insurance, medical slip, invoice number, original receipt number once the payment is done by the customer, and the expired date of the worker’s work pass. After that, I help my colleague file back the documents.

Sometimes, I still cannot perform the task well because I always forget some of the details that need to be used.
2.2.3 Stage 3: Theorist
According to Elton Mayo, he believed that workers can be better motivated by having their social needs achieve while at work. He introduced the Human Relation School of thought, which focused on managers taking more interest with the workers, treating them as a business partner who has good opinions and realizing that workers enjoy interacting together.
As a new trainee to the company, communication between the manager and worker are important. Besides that, greater manager involvement in employees working lives can increase the level of attention. Working in a group or team can improve the relationship between my colleagues. Businesses should re-organize production to encourage greater use of team working and introduce personnel departments to encourage greater manager involvement in looking after employees'
