Recycling is an important asset to the world “going green”, (keeping the environment healthy), project people have been working on for at least a decade. Over the years the environment has suffered immensely because we humans haven’t done what is needed to make sure that our planet can flourish and evolve into its full potential. When we drive down the roads, or walk on the streets, or even relax in our own yards, we don’t think about the paper wrapper we just threw out the window, or the bottle we left on the park bench or the napkins we let fly off our table and were too lazy to pick up. A good percentage of the waste on our planet is due to exactly that. LAZINESS. Humans have this mind set that if they don’t want to do it, and they can get away with it, then usually they aren't going to do it. Plain and simple, people are just lazy. Basically, if everyone would just pick up after themselves, half of the worlds pollution and filth would be taken care of. The way to do this in a beneficial manner is simply by recycling.
According to the RRS, “Recycling is a process to change waste materials into new products to prevent waste of potentially useful materials, reduce the consumption of fresh raw materials, reduce energy usage, reduce air pollution and water pollution by reducing the need for "conventional" waste disposal, and lower greenhouse gas emissions as compared to plastic production. Recycling is a key component of modern waste reduction and is the third component of the ‘Reduce, Reuse and Recycle’”.
Recyclable materials include many kinds of glass, paper, metal, plastic, textiles, and electronics. To recycle these items, its best to have separate bins to distribute them to later have picked up to be recycled and used again...

A simple solution to helping the Earth, even in a little bit, is “Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle.” Find some recycling bins, put up some posters, make a little speech and make recycling known to everyone who could be clueless. Because the Earth does matter, It’s your home, the place you have always lived and known. It’s beautiful and mysterious. It’s the perfect love for anyone, something for everyone. A place where anyone can find somewhere to belong and everyone fits it somewhere. So why don’t you do your part to making sure its here for another million years.
