Some people think that fidget spinner are disruptive to students in class. But other people think fidget spinners help them focus and learn better. The principal at their school says that “Fidget spinners are disruptive and shouldn’t be used at school.” But the students thinks that “fidget spinners are good for learning and focusing.” My opinion in this is i think fidget spinners should be allowed to be used at school it really helps some people focus really good.

Vending machines should be allowed is because it provides snacks , candy , and drinks . I think vending machines should be allowed in school is because if you are hungry you can go up and by one . Also if you didn’t have breakfast you could get something to eat from there. Last it could help the students in school .
In Hands-on Squishy Circuits, AnnMarie Thomas showed us how she took a home-made PLAY-DOH recipe and turned it into a science experiment. It’s amazing that three and four year old children play with something so revolutionary. We may not realize this now, but if we start introducing this stuff to these children, they’re going to become such intelligent adults. I ask myself this question everyday,”Do I want my child to be successful in life, or let them flip burgers at McDonalds?”. I want my child to be able to learn and succeed as they progress in life. This is extremely important for children these
One reason why fidget spinners shouldn’t be banned because a fidget spinner isn’t a distraction to kids and even adults. In “Should Fidget Spinners Be Allowed at School” it states, “I know some teachers have reported that fidget spinners are relatively quiet. Sometimes kids click their pens over and over or tap their feet when they are trying to concentrate. I find things like that way more distracting than fidget
There is one reason why to ban fidget spinners though. They are distracting to the ones who do not need them. So in my thought ban the spinners unless the have paperwork for their learning disabilities so they can have them. But if I was sitting in class and saw a kid playing with it I would be a little distracted. Although at the same time it is helping the other kid.
In my opinion, kendamas at school aren't really a good thing. They're unsafe, some people aren't responsible with them, and it's just a craze. Kendamas should be banned from school.
Fidget spinners are helpful spinning fidgets offer benefits aside from mindless fun others call it fidget therapy and say the device is supposed to boost concentration, reduce anxiety and stimulate learning. Students with autism or those with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, know as ADHD can benefit from fidget therapy ADHD makes it hard for students to concentrate or sit still but using a fidget toy can help to concentrate or sit still . There is at least some evidence that foot tapping , squirming , hyperactivity and other times of energy such as fidget spinners. If you scroll though Amazon's seemingly endless list of fidget spinners , and youll see that the vast majority of these toys promise to relieve stress.
Fidget spinners should be banned in schools because they are a distraction and a toy. It’s more of a distraction than it is about being a stress reliever. The article, “Schools ban fidget toys as classroom distraction” by Kate Thayer states that fidget spinners are being used the wrong way than what they are supposed to. Schools ban them because administration sees that kids use them as a toy and they are a distraction in classes. Kate Ellison, said “Kids are trading them or spinning them instead of writing” (4). As for me, I see kids in school doing the same, playing with them as a toy. Also in the article, a teacher from Queens said “Fidget spinners are being misused by children who don’t know what they’re intended for” (4). Children in school aren’t informed about what fidget
Trampolines have been around for a long time and have been used in many different ways. The one we are most familiar with today is the one George Nissan and Larry Griswold made. We use it for fun and now it is more affordable than ever. The trampoline have a lot of positive things and a lot of negative things. If my school would consider buying a large trampoline I would be against it because it has the potential to cause a lot of injuries, some students might not follow the rules, and their are too many students.
FIdget spinners are known to calm people down with ADD and ADHD and people with other symptoms. Fidget therapy helps kids with special needs. “ADHD makes it hard for students to concentrate or sit still, but using a fidget toy can help”. A ban isn’t necessary for those who really need it, teachers don’t understand that some students have special needs, they think it’s a distraction. “ Koeng says the devices aren’t only beneficial to students with special needs, and that they can help anyone. Have you ever heard of the gruesome Columbine High School massacre? This incident occurred on April 20th 1999 and involved two students embarking on a shooting rampage, killing twelve students, a teacher and wounding twenty three others. Unfortunately during this incident, the school's most easily accessible phone was on the other side of the school in the library. Perhaps some of these lives could have been saved if the students in this class had cell phones that they could've used to contact the authorities more quickly. The issue we are addressing today is the use of cellular devices in educational facilities. I believe that cell phone use is of extreme convenience, and has academically beneficial aspects, among it's so called "faults".
Picture this, there has been a school lockdown, the suspect cut the landlines so no one could call the police for a rescue. However, the suspect was captured by the police much faster than he imagined. The last scene wouldn’t have happened if it was one decade ago, because cell phones were not popular in schools then. When it comes to cell phones, some people think they should not be permitted in schools, and other people think they should be permitted in schools. I agree with the latter opinion for the following reasons: Cell phones are an efficient way to communicate when emergencies occur in school; cell phones can be a great tool for learning during school hours; and the current prohibitive rules on cell phones are merely fruitless efforts. Cell phones should be permitted in schools, because they could be very beneficial and practical in schools.
Should students be able to use cell phones during class periods? This is a question a lot of students and parents have asked themselves. The invention of cell phones has started a debate in many schools. Many schools accept the use of cell phones, but experience a lot of frustration over them. There are many reasons for and against the use of cell phones in schools.
Ever since incidents such as 9/11 and Columbine, high schools have started implementing new rules regarding cellphones. Cellphones regard the attention of building managers, teachers, parents, and students. Although teachers see them as a distraction and a way to cheat, they can be quite helpful to students. School districts should permit students to use cellular devices in school for purposes of improving their education and providing themselves a sense of security.
Given the unquestionable results regarding the use of cell phones by students in school there should not be a ban on the cell phones in schools. This is because students can learn to enhance their learning from the technology such as the cell phone. Students will also become more independent in their work and more motivated to learn. Students like being permitted to making their own choices.
There is no doubt that almost all people in developed country using mobile phones, from teen until old peoples. They are using mobile phones for business communication, keeping contact with family and friends, and even just followed the trends. This essay will focus on using mobile phones in elementary and high schools. There are many disadvantages of using mobile phones in school such as, students use mobile phones for cheating, as well as that can destroy concentration while study in classroom.
