The need for reading books and visiting the library depends of internal human culture. Some people has this kind of need on a level of instincts as eating or sleeping, and some people don't. Of course, the habit of loving books in itself can be developed inside each person. But you have to reasonably explain - why do you need to read a book. Books can help a person in everything - in all his endeavors, doubts, and searches.
