Reading aloud or shared bookreading is influential for early childhood it is to promote development of language and other emergent literacy skills to prepare them to school. They will learn the basic parts of reading like recognizing letters and words, turning the pages of the book, and understand the print concepts. The parents should promote awareness of sound patterns, letter-sound relationships, and storytelling. Establish vocabulary growth for children. Two parental styles were designed: describer style and the performance-based oriented style were applied to children. The result is that performance-based oriented style is more effective. The exposure of the child with reading aloud is to develop his/her literacy skills, phonological awareness, reading maturity, and semantic awareness by continuing the support of the parents and other professionals. “Children learn the meaning of new words during bookreading interactions with parents”, if the parents are always prepare on what strategies they can apply to develop the language of the child, they would experience success and expand the knowledge of a child with reading and awareness of different ideas in this world. The social economic status also affects the children they tend to misunderstand and have problems with communication.
