People have to take many tests in their life for driving an automobile and have to have a license to get married. Anybody can bring a child to into this world no matter who you are what your age is all you have to do is one act to bring a child into this world. So what makes you qualified to be a parent. People get do not even think about letting people drive a car without license. Raising a child is bring a whole new life into this world with most of the time people have no experience with children at all. The most amazing thing in life is bringing child into this world. “50 percent of people who decided to have children have had little experience” ("Statistic Brain"). Parents need to know how to keep their child happy in there life. They should have a series of classes to take throughout their years of life with there different stages they go through. Basic classes you should have to take would be how to make sure your baby is eating right and healthy. Another class would be looking for signs of diseases and common …show more content…

If they do not want to participate in classes their assistance should be put on hold until they complete the classes. Many children who go through the welfare system tend to be abused this could potentially bring down numbers for abuse in the country and it could bring down numbers of people who are on welfare and make them want to get a job and do better with their life. Not all parents on the welfare system are living off the government but most are just having children to use for welfare to get money without paying any bills and having responsibility
