In health care the quality problems are reflected in the way the use of health care services vary. Sometimes the health care services are overused and at times they are underused. Therefore most health care facilities end up losing the quality of their services as a result of the methods they use them. As a quality officer responsible for a large health organization one should be responsible of ensuring health care in such an organization is improved in case of a reduction. This allows for more patients to seek medical assistance since they are comfortable with the cost of the care services. However the health facilities may have to incur high costs due to the reduced cost of services to patients. In such situations the hospitals are encouraged to use effective equipment that are cost effective as well to them to avoid incurring higher costs that in turn maybe passed on to patients. This in a way benefits both the hospitals and the patients. Health cares have to purchase equipment that are of high quality and at an affordable cost. This quality equipment will be able to provide quality services to patients and at an affordable price. In that case the care facility would be recognized for its cost effective and high quality services. Assuming a health care facility has its quality services decreasing as a result of some of them being used in the wrong manner, he above proposed initiatives can be of assistance in improving the qualities. However, all personnel in the care facilities have to be notified of the changes in the quality of their services so that they can join forces to improve their services.
