Protective barriers are the obstacles, which defines the limits of property or asset or area. These are used to prevent access from unauthorized personnel. Barriers alone may not limit the unauthorized entry but will certainly limit from intruding.
Functions of protective are as following:
- To determine who all can access a facility, property and area. In this way, one can maintain a record to register who has been given entry at which point of time on a day. Even if there is a breach, this helps in figuring out the flaw easily.
