Hello I am Jeremy michael duardo I am a senior attending palm springs high and I know that some seniors are very well aware of the choices they want to go through after high school, but for some students they are uncertain of what they want to do and that’s the reason why they are reading this. I will be discussing about why going to college is the best option. But before I get into telling you why going to college I am want to go to college because it’s my choice and because I had evaluated what I want to do and this is the thing for me. Usually colleges are looking for the “best of best” meaning usually straight “A” student, students who’d who would have a quiz she/he had’ve never study before and ace it with total ease, if we lived in the 1990’s but we don’t. What students should know is that colleges are not on the hunt for perfection, they are looking for students who can recover and be fine or better as I have been told by my first period teacher ms. little. But in my research I have found that there were five qualities colleges require from a student; # 5, strong work ethic what this means is to putting more time into your education. some examples is; spending time after school assisting in maintaining a family business or save up for college, in any case this shows you are hard working and how dedicated of a college student you are. Service is another trait that students are required to have because it’s shows that passionate part in your personality, if you show you care for others, if you show that you are willing to do community service then demonstrates that you a quality a way of being college bound.
