I believe that capital punishment is the right thing depending on the circumstances. I think the prosecutors need to look more closely to all the evidence presented to them when debating on if a person deserves the sentencing or not. When looking at a case, not all the information could be given and some more evidence might appear after the person has been sentenced or executed. I think that many people feel the same way and believe prosecutors need to take a look at every factor given to them before deciding if killing the person is truly the right thing to do or not.
