In my life, I had not had the chance to be a part of something that influenced me much, until I joined football my freshman year in high school. Joining football was perhaps the most devoted and wisest thing that I did because shortly after joining I began to see changes for the better, and from then I saw the person that I wanted to be in the future. With the advancements in technology it would be easy to assume that this should not be happening, this assumption would be wrong. Sports leaders, coaches, and trainers are not providing football players with the proper equipment. In order to reduce the injuries of football players, coaches, trainers, and sports leaders must provide better helmets, cleats, and weather protocols to avoid injuries.
For some people sports is just a game, to athletes it is their life. According to the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) an athlete can only participate in their own school’s sports or club sports (OHSAA). This means at New Knoxville Local School, my school, my brother or any other athlete won’t be able to play football while attending school at New Knoxville. My intention is to make it possible to go to school at one place, but play sports at another school.

The key is to get a variety of food, to get all the macronutrients, vitamins, and minerals. It is optimal to choose raw, unprocessed foods, for example; oranges instead of orange juice. Eating foods that are natural means the athlete is getting the most nutritional value out of the food.
