INTRODUCTION
A commercial document issued by a seller to a buyer, which is related to a sale transaction and indicating the products, quantities, and agreed prices for the products or services the seller had provided the buyer is known as an invoice, bill or tab.
Payment terms are usually stated on the invoice. The terms may specify that the buyer has a maximum number of days in which to pay, and is at times offered a discount if paid before the expected date. The buyer might have already paid for the products or services listed on the invoice.
In the rental industry, an invoice must include a specific reference to the time span being billed, therefore, in addition to quantity, price and discount the invoicing amount is also based on duration.

It is often used to declare value for customs. It is not an actual invoice, and thus the seller does not record a pro forma invoice as an account receivable and the buyer does not record a pro forma invoice as an account payable. A pro forma invoice is not provided by the seller until the seller and buyer have agreed on the terms of the order. In some cases, a pro forma invoice is issued to request advance payments from the buyer, either to start production or for the security of the goods

Inability of modification of data: The managing of huge data effectively and efficiently for efficient results, storing the details of the consumers etc. in such a way that the database can be modified as not possible in the current system.
