2.2 The Serious Privacy of Kindergarten
An increasing number of private kindergartens are buily in our society in recent years. And then it brings out some serious privacy of kindergarten. At first, in China, public kindergartens are much less than the private kindergartens which cause the private kindergartens have some serious problem. For instance, in my hometown, Gedangdian, Wuzhi, Jiaozuo, Henan Province, there is no public kindergarten in my hometown. Therefore, parents should send their children to private kindergartens with no other choices.
Second, most of the private kindergartens are profit-orientation. Thus, the fees of many private kindergartens are increasing year by year. In this kind of private kindergarten, children’s physical and mental health cannot be protected well. Thirdly, some private kindergartens’ facilities and teaching scales are not suitable for the requirements, while the children need to go to kindergartens. So the private kindergartens are still growing and increasing. This situation is not good for children’s mental health and physical health. In some ways, this situation is good for the development of education. While in some ways private kindergarten is not good for Chinese kindergarten education. The government should pay more attention to Chinese private kindergarten schools. 2.3 The Limited Qualified and Humanized Chinese Kindergarten In China, government advocates that development in balance in Chinese education.
In reality, we do not make this idea come true with our present situation in Chinese education. Furthermore, with the imperfect education system in China, there are fewer qualified and humanized Chinese kindergartens. It is common that the rich families will send their children to the better and qualified kindergartens, while the normal and poor families will send their children to the normal kindergarten in China. Better kindergartens have more qualified and humanized teachers and teaching methods than the normal schools. Therefore, a majority of children cannot live in the qualified and humanized Chinese
kindergarten. Apparently, China has a large number of populations. Especially in the mountainous or countryside areas, some parents usually leave their children for children’s grandparents or send them to the kindergarten schools when they go to work. In the mountainous or countryside region, the teaching resources and the scale of kindergarten institutions are limited. Thus, children do not possess the qualified and humanized education from their grandparents and the limited kindergarten schools. It is true that most of the qualified teachers prefer to go to the big and developing country to earn money. So there is fewer good teachers stay in the mountainous or countryside area. As a result of this situation, children in the kindergartens will not live in the qualified and humanized kindergarten. In addition, the numbers of children are still increasing in the mountainous or countryside. Not every teacher can care all the balanced development of the children in the poor teaching situation. With the limited qualified and humanized kindergarten schools in the present situation, children cannot get the good education which will affect the children’s growing to some extent.
I am a firm believer that the quality of the child care directly affects the child’s development in the classroom. By eliminating the need for competing preschools to continue to improve their curriculum and to remain relevant in the field of early childhood education, we risk falling into the same trap K-12 education has fallen into. The very first important development for a successful country is to have a respectable education system for those who need it from the first day they are born into the world. We have to instill what we want in our people to reflect how we want our development to appear. There are many ways to teach children in the world. Some children are learning at the school and others are learning at home. Homeschooling is one of the most common ways to teach children. Because of, technologies, the numbers of home schooling are increasing. Nowadays, many parents teach their children at home because they are able to use the Internet and read about anything they want. Moreover, homeschooling has different ways to teach children; it depends on the parents and the methods they teach. Some of the parents take courses to improve their knowledge about how they can educate their children and teach them new things. Some of the children like to study in a group, so parents communicate with other friend’s parents and decided to go on a trip with each other and study. Although many parents think that home schooling is beneficial for their children, students should not be homeschooled for several reasons: it is dangerous for children’s health, children will have limited education, and it does not have much quality.

Despite existing laws and privacy enhancing technological methods, the US is progressively taking full advantage of its dominant position not just as the home of companies like Facebook, Google and Twitter but also acknowledging jurisdiction on all websites registered in the US. Therefore, countries such Brazil, Iran, Russia, India and China “are now challenging United States hegemony of the Internet and even calling for the creation of a new governing body to oversee Internet policy” (Brooke, 2012, p.245).
It is important to note that it is a right for the children to have a quality education. In this aspect, reasonable learning environments are a critical factor contributing to children education. All parents want their children to have an access to quality and better education. In the quest for such, parents always seek learning environments with competent teachers and better learning facilities. It is therefore, common to see parents always having a choice to make between taking their children to public schools, private school or have the children taught at home. Different opinion about home schooling and public school has recently been a subject of contention. Either way, the two forms of learning should offer the learning child with a better education. Nevertheless, each of the two forms of learning environments should be supported by valid arguments as discussed below.
