Abstract
My overall vision for contributing to the specialized field of psychology as a practitioner-scholar would be to use what I learned from the model to enhance theoretical concepts and exercise well-thought-out empirical inquiry to study the usefulness of professional intercessions. My long-term goals that help you achieve your vision are once in the field I will then constantly challenge myself and use all the methodologies and skills to be a better psychologist and apply it to my everyday life as well.

Then one should complete their master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, clinical social work, or psychology. You should then acquire 2 years of clinical experience which is a requirements by all states. After completion of all educational requirements and clinical experience, then one would take state's licensing exam. In most states the exam being used is the Examination in Marital and Family Therapy, but some states issue their own exams. Lastly one will need to earn enough continuing education credits (CEUs), which is needed to renew these credentials.
Self-Assessment
The knowledge, skills and attitude I possess are the knowledge of the English language, effective decision making, critical thinking, and being and or communicator, and promoting healthy relationships. From previous experience working with people on a day to day basis allowed me to gain skills like being a great listener, I am very personable, detailed orientated, and I also have patients. The areas which are lacking for me are, the knowledge of the law, knowledge of different philosophical systems and religions, and evidence-based
