Power Manipulations: The Power Of Power Manipulation

As children we always had that desire to have some sort of extradinary power or ability and use it in whatever way we wish so. Shamefully, this fantasy could only be briefly lived in our dreams and imagination. Despite of this, that didn't stop our heroic journey to keep on trying to fly, read minds or move object with our minds. If, by any chance I could gain any superpower in an instant I wouldn't hesitate to ask for the superpower of power manipulation. To be brief, power manipulation is the ability to control any sort of energy, alter the structure or composition of myself and others, and absorb any sort of energy.

Now, when I put it that way the first thing you might think is "He will use it for his on gain” which, I will be honest, is not far from the truth. Yes, I will use it for self gain but not in the sense that I will go all Doctor Doom and start terrorizing countries and putting them under my control. Well to cut it short, I would have no desire to cause harm or even come near to kill out of a whim. Yet that doesn't mean I would be a goody two shoe. If I had said abilities I would only need to show my strength and do whatever I want since, well, I can alter any type of energy meaning I can technically control light. Well only the ability to control the photons but since photons are in short what compose light. I could, in theory, make a weapon out of light. I could steal anything I want be it money, art, artifacts and even cakes! Maybe even ten cakes at once and then eat them all. Well... Perhaps only eat three or four cakes since having the ability of power manipulation doesn't grant a bigger stomach.
