A positive relationship is a relationship where the people involved will encourage one another to grow and better themselves. Positive relationships always improve the lives of people and with this said, it is obvious that to have a positive relationship with someone they must support you and be there for you when you really need them. A positive relationship can be formed with anyone e.g. a friend, your teacher, a boyfriend/ girlfriend and a parent.
Ways to resolve conflict constructively:
Conflict is very normal in all relationships, but knowing how to deal with it is vital to whether you can sustain relationships. Conflict must never be hidden or bottled up, because it will cause bigger problems in any relationship. You can go about resolving conflict constructively by knowing what caused the conflict. It is always beneficial to sit down, before you discuss an issue with someone, and figure out what went wrong and how it went wrong. Make sure you are calm and cool and you could also try to find a few solutions whilst you are considering what went wrong. The second way you can resolve conflict is by making sure when you address the issue with the person you are always be willing to listen to them. In order, to find an appropriate solution for both parties, both sides must be heard. The last way one can resolve conflict is by never getting offensive or emotional when you address a problem with someone. Always stay calm and if you feel yourself getting angry you should try counting to 100. If you do get worked up is could damage the relationship or put the parties in an even worse place than before.

In my opinion, corruption cannot be stopped but it can be reduced with the willingness of the people, as I mentioned above there could be plenty of recommendations but it’s all up to that person to put the effort. I think corruption is a choice; we all have voices and rights and if we chose to do unlawful things there is no one to blame but ourselves. However, there is corruption in every field of job out there. Corruption has been around for years and years and it will continue to be there in the future, it’s something that no one can eradicate. All countries around the world are facing corruption even the most powerful developed countries.
Probable Causes of Corruption – Different things motivate different people. Some can motivate people to perform beyond expectations and some can lead astray from moral and ethical values.
For example, in the Infosys in India case, the author considers many people use public office for private profit (Infosys, 2007). The incomes of government staffs are low. Many officials want to get more money, then the corruption of government official become more serious. For instance, the officials skimp on subsidies that are from government to people, and makes people 's life more difficult. Based on three cases, corruption exists in every place. So, how to avoid corruption is important. In my idea, at first, the establishment of law is the most important factor; the legislation must be against corruption. It can avoid some people get private profit through legal grey areas. Usually, the abuse of power is the biggest culprits of corruption. Clear officials responsible for work aspect and build system of property registration are very important. If the people corruptions, they are fired immediately. Finally, people should own fair competition and honest managements to run business as a leader. Obviously, everyone should set up the correct moral consciousness is the most important to prevent

The use of media can be an extremely powerful tool to help combat corruption when everyone is on the same page. Global Integrity is an organization based in Washington, D.C. which reports international corruption trends (Heller, 2007). Global Integrity is exactly what is needed in order to combat corruption across the globe. Unfortunately Global Integrity is not a source in which information is easily obtained by a normal citizen. In order to combat corruption it is in the hands of everyday citizens to do their part to help. Corruption is not often fought by politicians, as many misinformed people would think, as they are often the ones partaking in these practices, or condoning them. Although Global I...

Another reason corruption is so difficult to control is because officers may not even know they are falling subject to it. If a restaurant offers you a discount on your purchase or the person you always run into at the coffee shop pays for your coffee. These may seem like genuine act of kindness, however next time you’re at a domestic dispute you may be more likely to side with the person who has been buying your
The simplest way to encourage positive relationships is to just be polite. By taking the time to say good morning to the staff, complimenting on and thanking them often for their hard work, inquiring about their families or how their weekends went, asking them how they would solve a problem or what they think about an idea – all of these actions show that you care about each one as a person and it will encourage a positive working environment. Another simple way an administrator can encourage positive relationships with the teachers is to share his or her own knowledge and experiences – both successes and failures. This simple act can strengthen the bond and trust between the teacher and the administrator. Being approachable is another way a supervisor can encourage positive relationships.
The most important people in a child’s life are his or her parents. A person’s first bond is with the people who are raising them. Parents get to decide what their child will be doing with his or her free time, play dates, sports, pre-school and other activities. Building strong healthy bonds with children is crucial for their outcome. It is has shown that, “Families characterized by warm interpersonal relationships and effective parenting are associated with a lower likelihood of affiliation with juvenile offenders and of juvenile crime (Henry, Tolan & Gorman-Smith).” Positive family vibes are as important as the relationship between everyone in the family, including the parents because, “…children raised by married parents with low-conflict
PREVIEW STATEMENT: I would like to show you today, how corruption could cripple the progress in South African societies by empowering criminal organizations and keeping the lower classes poor, and then I shall provide judicial solutions that revolve around empowering the public financially and legislatively to overthrow the tools of corruption. BODY I. First of all, one ought to recognize corruption as a real threat to political and economic structures in society in South Africa. A. “Transparency International's (TI) 2013 global Corruption Perception Index (CPI) shows that South Africa has dropped 34 places since 2001, with half the decline of 17 places occurring since 2009” (Newham, 2014). B. Corruption in forms of criminal organizations is often perceived as an illegal approach to gaining financial power which is intentionally committed to procuring services and benefits. C. The problem with South Africa is that its constitutional principles of accountability and its rule of the law are not firmly implemented, which allows the flow of illegal practices.
In simple terms Public Corruption can be defined as the misuse of public office for private gain.Corruption is an outcome and reflection of a country’s economic, legal, cultural and political institutions. Transparency International(2005,2008) found that more than 65% of Indians had a first hand experience of paying bribes and nearly 45% used contacts to get job done.Institutionalised Corruption has long been prevalent in India.Big Business and individuals dictate bureaucratic norms by breaking law, paying off public servants just to gain access to elements of governance.
The first thing the youth could do to help reduce corruption is stop paying bribes and do not allow our friends and family to do so either. We need to be honest with ourselves and try to be loyal to the community we live in. morals and values are developed at home, so if we treat our home, school and environment with respect, corruption will be limited in the future generations. If the youth learns today of the immoral behavior of corruption, the next generation of police officers, government official and people in power will have the skills and values to not commit fraudulent behavior. The can be taught to observe traffic laws, not to throw garbage around, respect elders and the law of the land. Youth can arrange Awareness programs like conferences and seminars in schools to help make society conscious about their acts. (6)
Corruption is most prevalent where there are other forms of institutional inefficiency, such as political instability, bureaucratic red tape, and weak legislative and judicial systems. This raises the question of whether it can be established that corruption, rather than other factors correlated with it, is the cause of low economic growth. Regression analysis provides some evidence that if one controls for other forms of institutional inefficiency, such as political instability, corruption can still be shown to reduce growth. Nevertheless, it is hard to show conclusively that the cause of the problem is corruption alone, rather than the institutional weaknesses that are closely associated with it. The truth is that probably all of these weaknesses are intrinsically linked, in the sense that they feed upon each other (for example, red tape makes corruption possible, and corrupt bureaucrats may increase the extent of red tape so they can extract additional bribes) and that getting rid of corruption helps a country overcome other institutional weaknesses, just as reducing other institutional weaknesses helps it curb corruption.
