With pop stars earning more money than ever, a question many have asked is, “How do I write a hit pop song, become rich and famous, and become judged by millions on everything I do?” While writing music seems like a tall order for ordinary people, it can actually be done in three steps. If one is willing to put in the less than hard work required to crack the top 40, they can find themselves on Ryan Seacrest’s coveted countdown in no time.
The first step to successful pop music is communicating a message. While old fashioned music often focused on true love, heartbreak, and happiness, these themes just will not do in 2018. Instead, try a theme like random sex, depression, or alcohol and drugs. The less resemblant the message is of traditional values, the bigger a hit it will be. Once a message is selected, it is time to write lyrics.

When writing lyrics, aspiring artists will quickly realize that they cannot fill three minutes of song with three minutes of lyrics.
That is okay, no real artists do either! The solution is repetition. For example, Drake’s ultra-famous song, God’s Plan, repeats the phrase “They wishin’” five times in a row. If writing only a few, meaningless words feels dirty and low brow, just remember that less is always more! Now, at least one part of a pop song is meant to be deep and meaningful. When writing the meaningful part of a song, aspiring artists should remember to write whatever comes from their heart. Kanye West’s Lift Yourself is a great example. Expressing himself was clearly Kanye’s top priority when writing these lyrics: “Poopity poop. Poop poop scoop. Scoopity woop.” Just reading the words aloud is enough to give anyone chills. Eventually though, one will realize that lyrics are only a small portion of the song, because nobody will even remember
them. The truly most important part of writing a pop song is the instrumental music. Of course, counting on human beings to create art capable of raking in dough like a Chainsmokers concert is simply not possible. Instead, use electronic music. Do not worry about electric music taking away from emotion in the song, because no other pop artists do either. When adding the background music, boost its volume way up. That way, no one will understand the inappropriate messages (see step one) that are sent to their kids until the little ones have already Googled the words. And that’s it. Following these easy steps will send anyone straight to stardom. Just remember to create a message, write some gibberish for lyrics, and cover it all up in bass boosted, fake percussion.
There are a lot of songs to choose form when there is songs that break down norms and one that reinforce some. There are songs that mean nothing. Great songs always have a hidden mean behind them even if when listen to them we do not know what they are.
Many believe that the words of a song are what makes the largest impact on viewers, but on the contrary in an article posted by hiphopdx it states that “Like any form of art, there are those that are a cut above the rest. Telling a story is an art form in itself, whether you’re recalling a story to your boys at the bar, writing songs or making movies. A true storyteller can make an average story great, and a great story unforgettable.” (J-23) As many of these songs illustrate, it isn’t just the story, it is how you tell it. putting in those small, seemingly insignificant details, which make the listener feel like they are there. It is using a metaphor that captures a situation in a way that a description could never do. The songs that are so deep you could picture it like a movie in your mind are more powerful than any words of a rap song just sung to be sung. These are the songs that are almost cinematic to listen too. These are the types of rap artists that are down to earth, true to themselves as well as their audience, and also the artists that sing for the pure enjoyment to tell stories, not to be plastered on social media or to worry about how many instagram, twitter, facebook followers they have, or how many people bought or listened to their songs
“Land of the free and the home of the brave.” This line has represented the United States for decades. These words were captured in The Star Spangled Banner by Francis Scott Key and since 1913, the United States has adopted The Star-Spangled Banner as its national anthem. We have used the Red, White, and Blue as one of our nation’s symbols. It has fifty stars, to represent the number of states we have in our Union. The military pledges its allegiance to the flag and the country which it represents at all costs. We are the land of the free and the home of the brave, and we are proud to show it.
Music is regarded as a method of passing a message. Though some songs do not intend to do that, the message in them is still perceived. The song, “Get up, ...
It’s fall everyone and Halloween is coming.I would like to tell you that fall is the best season of all.
Artists write about what they know; they pull feelings from their heart and their songs relay what the artists’ emotions, whether it be of their hometown, their high school crush, or their experiences. Many artists that came to fame during the twentieth century have a fair share of experiences they share with us in the form of their songs. The twentieth century is comprised of the institution of slavery and its effects, war, gender norms, discrimination based on nationality, sex, race, etc., and countless events that sparked protests and uproars in the United States. Music at this time was a phenomenon, and artists could use it to their advantage. Artists used their music to spread awareness about their cause, influence their listeners, and
Pop music has long been defined by “idols” and superstars that are subjects of high levels of adoration from severely devoted fans, whose love of these superstars often blurs the line between fandom and obsession. This love is mainly based off of physical looks and charm more often than actual musical talent, as majority of the songs written by these massive superstars are not written by the artists themselves, instead by people hired to write for these artists in a way that will best connect with a crowd willing to spend their money on these manufactured stars. Therefore, it has become evident that in the world of popular music, image has overtaken talent as the determining factor of success in the industry. Instead of skill and songwriting ability, good looks and the ability to draw large crowds of impressionable people have become the main factors of fame in music.

Hello there Mr. President I am Alexus. I’ve heard you’re looking for ideas for a new television series. Well in that case I have a few ideas to elaborate to you. My show is basically a comedy, music, and game show all in one. Exciting right? How amazing does that sound?
Is dance a sport or not? Some people in our world today consider dance just to be all frilly and fragile. Dance takes time, effort, determination and impeccable strength. I believe that dance is a sport because it has the same components as any other sport. In any other sport you need to work hard with a lot of effort, and that is exactly what dancers do. For example, most beginning dancers practice between five to ten hours a week. Although most people in our world today look at dancing as nothing more than tutus and twirling, a good dancer must have a mind mentally engaged, a body able to endure physical challenges, and toned dedication and skill.
In order for this problem to adjust over time, much work will be necessary. I believe that our country as a whole should focus not so much on the content of the lyrics, but who the musical artists themselves are. Just because lyrics are profound doesn’t mean that the artist believes in them, they could be relating to previous acts that have occurred in their lives, or speaking freely on the problems our society is faced with. It would be beneficial for our country if a sensor council or committee was founded to screen all songs and albums before they’re released, in order to identify them with a warning label or not
For my “How to do” speech my goal was to share with the class an interesting and informative way to learn something new. Due to the speeches time limit, I knew I needed to be well prepared. I wanted to be less nervous before and during my speech. While presenting I was nervous, but I didn’t really have time for these feelings to sink in because I was focused on the information I wanted to share with the audience. I enjoyed presenting in the second group of speeches so I could see my peers different types of speaking style. The audience seemed alert and interested in my topic which made it a little bit easier for me to speak, because there weren’t any distractions in the room from people not paying attention. I think part of that was because

Additionally, an artist doesn't have the obligation of standing by while other artists take this unique advice but instead take action and produce a song like one that hasn't been written a thousand times
There are a plethora of factors that contribute to a song’s popularity. Behind every song, there is a singer. Behind every singer, (or, at least in most cases) there is a writer who crafts a set of lyrics, a composer who develops sequences of notes, a record company which manages and releases the album, a manager who helps develop a singer’s persona in the public-eye and who coordinates events to the give the singer opportunities to expand their fame. Within each song, there is a rhythmic tempo, a single musical instrument or combination, and different combinations of volume and silence. Some songs are intended for mournful occasions, and other songs are intended for celebrations.
