In todays world everything is about winning. People will do anything to win. To get a win we have to be the best and to fight with competition. Everybody knows what it takes to be the best, to beceome a champion. Determination and hard work are keys to success. Especially in basketball becoming a champion is long and hard. National Basketball Association league is full of good teams, coaches and players. Every of them wants to get a ring, which is most important thing in NBA. One man found a key to success. He won eleven championships with Bulls and Lakers. But how did he that?

Wing have to be in corner and one post player have to be on high post and the other on low post. This play is very simple. Main goal is to have three players in triangle with good spacing. One guard in corner, other guard at the wing and the post player at low post. The best solution is to pass the ball to the low post, and if guard can pass it, post player is playing one on one. While the ball is with post player guards have to interchange positions to confuse defense. After that they have to cut to the basket and maybe get the pass from post player and eventually score. Player are looking for the open man and in this offensive set up there will be a lot of open positions. Almost in every interview about triangle offense Phil Jackson repeats:“ Players have to be confident and they have to take every open shot, also I do not need a selfish player in my squad becouse this offensive set up needs fast ball movement“ .
