Pharmacy Technician Research Paper

Pharmacy Technician I am interested in pursuing to become a pharmacy technician because it seems interesting to help out pharmacists with the medicines and learning about the medications. My mom is a pharmacy technician and I have always wanted to be like my mom, and she has talked about her job to me and it seems like a good, easy job to have. It seems interesting to find out about all the new medicines and helping out people that come into the pharmacy learn about their medicines they take. I have learned plenty of information about pharmacy technicians during this research project and I am excited to hopefully become one. “Pharmacy technicians help pharmacists dispense prescription medication to customers or health professionals. They work in retail pharmacies and hospitals.” Some other responsibilities that pharmacy technicians have are refilling prescriptions, answering phone calls from doctors or patients, entering prescriptions into a computer system, and also packing and labeling prescriptions ("Pharmacy Technicians." I want to continue to research about pharmacy technicians and how they do their job. Even though the job seems really simple, it would be a good job to have and the pay gets better whenever you advance in the job. As I get older, I might want to switch my career choice but the research helped me better understand how to become a pharmacy technician and what they do. I didn’t think about how much work pharmacy technician actually had to do. After the career research, I learned so much about pharmacy technicians and what the do in their
