be alone with himself. You say,“sure! It will be great to see you!” Silently relieved as you can make great use of him to move your piano.
Look into your life. Why do you work like a servant to those in your house. Cooking, cleaning, picking up after people and smiling all the time. Why do you work all that overtime to buy your wife beautiful things. Could this be true?
The mother keeps urging her child to become great who is living through her-hoping to experience through that child what she did not experience in her own life. The father goads his child to be good at sports. The teacher wants her students to be the best. Somewhere, deep inside we know we are making use of other lives to fulfill our own needs. What the mother did not fulfill
About this internal condition-this absence of love? Can you do anything about it?” What if you were to take a decision to love through effort. Is it possible? Can you pump it into and out of your heart? So what if you were to decide that today you will start to practice love. Fake it till you make it to some extent? Is it possible? Practiced love is a dead thing just as practiced virtue is a horror show. It comes from the mind. It is made of thought not of emotion of the heart. Forgiveness that is practiced as a matter of policy, peace practiced as an idea, and love that is practiced as a matter of cultivation all are devoid of life. They are useless. If practiced too long you may become highly reformed. You will think you are awakened or spiritually evolved because you no longer feel negative emotions like anger, hatred, jealousy and so forth, but the fact of the matter is in a high state of reformation you feel little at all. You have become like a living corpse. Why do you want to cut the experience of emotion? Emotion is
The better your relationships, the happier you are. A happy person is one who spreads happiness. An unhappy person only creates mischief and more often than not makes trouble for the family and society at large. All problems in relationships could basically be traced to hurt; you either hurt or get hurt.
Someone told the guide of Oneness University, “In the beginning of our relationships, I spoke, he listened. Later he spoke, I listened. Now we both speak and our neighbors listen.’ This seems to be a common phenomena in most relationships. Some people say that my partner is my soul mate, chase the partner, saying that I feel a divine connection and six months later the marriage is broken. Why does this happen? Whether it be your relationship with your partner and sometimes even relationship with one’s friend or any relationship that has a deeper engagement. Why do relationships degenerate over
Chapters 5 and 6 in Extraordinary Relationships gave a good introduction into new concepts relating to Human Interactions and Relationships. These new concepts give a better idea in understanding relationship patterns and the various emotions that come along with relationships. Two concepts that stood out to me that were discussed throughout the chapter were relationship patterns and relationship emotions. Over time many relationships develop their own unique patterns. In many cases these patterns have been part of the individual all along. Gilbert (1992) states “Usually what people do in a relationship crises is more of the same thing they have been doing, only more intensely and more anxiously” (pg.36). When individuals go through relationship

Ever since the fall, mankind has had a voracious desire for power and influence. People witness this desire within the walls of the Capitol Building when the media exposes backroom deals. It also springs up whenever a politician uses a podium to persuade people that he makes the world work. Politicians possibly rely on persuasion because they crave the power. However, persuasion is a manipulative, unBiblical tactic of forcing others to accept a point of view by all means necessary.
Love. Probably the most exhilarating, fascinating, incredible experiences humans have the opportunity to have. It is natures beautiful way of keeping the human species alive, and prospering. A cocktail of chemicals in our brain entices us to fall in love. It takes between approximately 90 seconds and 4 minutes to decide you are interested in someone. When you experience being in love your adrenaline kicks in (the chemical responsible for the butterflies in your stomach and your heart racing), your serotonin level rises causing you to constantly think of your new found love interest, and your dopamine level rises (the chemical responsible for desire and reward). You need the perfect amounts of all these chemicals to feel in love, too much or
ironic. Happiness is being with someone you who’ll stick up with you no matter what, being with friends
For my “How to do” speech my goal was to share with the class an interesting and informative way to learn something new. Due to the speeches time limit, I knew I needed to be well prepared. I wanted to be less nervous before and during my speech. While presenting I was nervous, but I didn’t really have time for these feelings to sink in because I was focused on the information I wanted to share with the audience. I enjoyed presenting in the second group of speeches so I could see my peers different types of speaking style. The audience seemed alert and interested in my topic which made it a little bit easier for me to speak, because there weren’t any distractions in the room from people not paying attention. I think part of that was because
A big thing that people may disagree with is that love is supposedly “conditional” (108). According to Fredrickson, “'just as our body is designed to extract oxygen from the Earth’s atmosphere, our body is designed to love” (105). If love is supposedly such an engraved ability, why would it need conditions? Well, as amazing as our brain can be, it is not able to hold huge amounts of information. It will automatically discard of unused information after a short while. So basically, if we want to maintain love, we have to keep renewing acts of love. This explains why many relationships tend to fail. It is very common for people to lose feelings for someone and it is solely because people do not know how to self-generate love. However, it is not our fault, no one has taught us how to love, we just follow our hearts and go with it. But with integration of love 2.0, we will be able to achieve that status of “relationship goals”. Fredrickson simplifies this idea by revealing that love has two preconditions, safety and connection. In maintaining a safe environment, we can continue to bless each other with the gift of positive
Most of the happiness that we experience comes from the feeling of love. So many people look to their love relationships, especially marriage to give them the happiness that they cannot find on their own. Love is not enough to provide happiness, then there must be many frustrated lovers in the world. The belief that love gurantess happiness is left over from the ideology of romantic love that tells us we will live happily ever after if we can only find the right person with whom to spend our life with. If we realize that love by itself will not bring happiness, then hopefully we will be more tolerant of the imperfections of those we love. If our relatioships have their problems and if those we love do not always meet our expectations it doesn't mean that we have lost our chance for happiness. When we do not expect love to give us the happiness we seen, there will be more room for forgiveness of the imperfections and problems that always accompany love.
No matter how young a person starts engaging in a relationship, as time continues, people grow up and change, realizing that the relationship they had with someone a year ago may not be the same type of relationship they want in the present day. Someone’s high school relationship is not the same relationship they want in college, because in college, people want to start settling down and getting more serious, hoping to find the love of their life. Being in love with someone that you share a relationship is something that is indescribable. For example, being in love means that no matter what the other person does to you or themselves, you will still be right there in their corner. It is something that you cannot find everyday. It is a magical, fiery sensation that one gets when you see or think about that special person. Although being in love can make a person the happiest they have been throughout their whole lives, that fiery sensation can also be blown out. For example, when two people get married they take vowels saying how much they would never hurt the other person and how they would do whatever they can to make each other happy. All of this is said and after they are married, they now share a life together. Well, their lives may be as happy as a child in a candy store, but then all of a sudden one person starts to cheat. Now, in most cases the other person decides for themselves the best step to take in order to live in happiness. That may include in getting a divorce. If this is the case, then that means that the other person’s fire they had for the other has been burned out. The love that they once shared for one another died down because all humans have the capability to love more than one thing, meaning that when something comes along to spark one’s interest, they may chase after it, causing them to lose everything that really meant something to them. Just as friends, the love someone
A happy relationship is based on realistic expectations? Real relationships take effort, time and commitment. A happy relationships doesn’t just happen because two people love each very much, but because they also value one another and are willing to make an investment of time and energy into building a happy relationship day after day. Throughout time, people have constantly attempted to seek happiness through relationships. In “The Diamond as Big as the Ritz” by F. Scott Fitzgerald and “The Story of an Hour” by Kate Chopin shows how happiness in relationship can be found in different ways. I think you can find happiness in freedom. Happiness is being free to do the things you want to do and to let go of fears and the judgments that other people might have and that’s how some people can find happiness in relationships.
Love, the single feeling that generates the funny sentiments in our stomach, giving us the warm pleasures in our body, causing us to feel joy, and to believe every aspect in our life will constantly go right. In addition, causing us to receive an accelerating, appealing feeling that makes us want to rejoice. Love can be a speeding of your heart, but it can also be nerve-racking. Our hearts rapidly begin to pump, making a rapid beat— “ba-boom, ba-boom, ba-boom”. Attempting to describe love is a rigorous task, but it is possible. However, the easiest detail to describe and understand about love is the concept of what it is about. Many people may obtain different views and definitions regarding love, but their ideas tend to unite at some point.

“Love is universally accepted by many people and the concept of love within the English language refers to a variety of different approaches, states and attitudes, ranging from pleasure to interpersonal attraction.” (Kendrick 123) My characterization of love encourages the intimate emotion I partake for my family. The distinct connection that we fashioned and the invaluable moments that we consolidated. In the perceptive of a mother, my children are my supremacy and the greatest blessing of my lifecycle. They’re my inspiration and motivation to continue progressing and becoming the best at what I do. With that in mind, Love relics your outlooks and approaches the linkage they become associated with. Additionally, depending on your situation, your perspective on love can be an altering affect, creating a stable or inconsistent assessment. Furthermore, causing your love to intensify, decline, or even cease. Love in its essence, stands justly powerful and the beauty of it advances,
Happiness is very important when it comes to life. If you don’t have a happy life there could be a slight chance that the other people in your life could be brought down to the level that you are living. This is because the way you act and treat people can effect them in the long run. If
