Persuasive Speech On Christopher Spanking

Per Reporter: April's mother (Heather's) boyfriend (Christopher) spanked her with a belt when Heather goes to work. It is unknown what kind of belt was used. It is unknown how often Christopher spanked her. April has no bruise or mark. April has not told Heather about the spanked because even times she tried to tell Heather. Heather and Christopher are always fighting and arguing with each other. Heather and Christopher hit each other. One time Christopher hit Heather until her arms, face, and leg was bleeding. Christopher leaves April and her brother (Jeremy) alone when Heather is at work. Christopher has his friend (unknown) at home all times of the night. Christopher and friends played loud music that has cursing in it. April stayed in her

room when Christopher has all his friend at home. Christopher was stabbed on 12-27-17 and was taken to the hospital.

It is unknown where this incident occurred. April and Jeremy were not in the home. April was with the reporter. Jeremy was with the maternal grandparents (Lisa and Roy). Christopher has a history of drug used. It is unknown what types of drugs Christopher was using. It is believed Christopher is still using drugs, because of the people he hangs with. Christopher's mother(Patricia) has custody of his daughter Tori because him and Tori' mother (unknown) where are drugs. Patricia has full custody of Tori. April told the reporter that Tori comes to the home and something stayed the night. Tori' grandfather (unknown) stayed with when she stayed with Christopher. The reporter suspected Heather using the drug. The reporter thinks it may be meth. Heather has lost a lot of weight fast. One of Heather's front tooth is rotten out, and the other tooth is half rotten. The reporter has heard that crystal meth rots the teeth out and weight loss. It is unknown if drugs are being sold in the home. It is unknown if drugs are being manufactured in the home. If drugs are used in the home the children would have access to the drugs. The children will not know if it was drugs or

not.
The reporter made a report in 2015 with Rankin CPS concerned April. Heather used a board to whipped April. April has bruise covered her legs, butts, and bruise going up her back. The reporter did take April to the hospital (unknown) in McComb, MS in 2015. The hospital took pictures and reported it to Lincoln County CPS in 2015. The CPS worker (unknown) was working on the case and it went to court. The report stopped there and nothing was really done about it. The reporter is concerned that Heather has covered up for Christopher discipline April. The court order stated that "Only the biological parents disciplined her with their hands." Heather has the breach of contract. The reporter has joint custody for April. The reporter did not feel safe sending April back to the home. Lisa and Roy are not sending Jeremy back to the home. The reporter will sign April in school in Bogue Chitto on 1-9-18.
Heather and Christopher are moving back with Patricia. It is unknown when they were moving.
