The coffee industry is widely grown, alone, it is a twenty billion dollar exporting industry. Eighty-three percent of the adult population drinks coffee daily. That means 587 million cups of coffee is being consumed every day, which makes coffee the number one consumed beverage in the world. A favorite drink in the coffee world is a macchiato. What is a macchiato? Being a barista, when I think of macchiato I see a single shot of espresso and a little bit of foam on top. When you ask for a macchiato from Starbucks you might get an iced drink that looks layered and pretty. Today, I will be teaching you how to make the iced macchiato from Starbucks.
Before we begin, let's go over the materials. To make espresso properly, it's a good idea to
I’m going to teach you how to make the best Mac and Cheese. First, I get a medium-sized saucepan and fill it three-fourths of the way with water that only comes from a natural spring, and put it over high heat. Then, place a nice steel colander in the sink to drain the cooked noodles with later. Next, I get out my white, plastic measuring spoons, liquid measuring cups, a relatively sized bowl for my meal, and a regular metal stirring spoon, which I will use as my eating utensil after I complete the recipe. To begin, I add a pinch of table salt to the water and bring it to a boil while also getting out the necessary ingredients. From the pantry, I have a sixteen ounce bag of H-E-B brand Elbow Macaroni noodles, an eight ounce bottle of Kraft one hundred percent Grated Parmesan Cheese, and an eight ounce can of Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning. While from the fridge, I have a fifteen ounce container of H-E-B Salted Sweet Cream Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil, a sixteen ounce carton of H-E-B Heavy Whipping Cream, one quart bottle of H-E-B Whole Milk, and an eight pack of H-E-B American Cheese Slices.

Today I decided to tackle an issue that causes me so much stress, anxiety, and tension in my life, pooping at Starbucks. I don't like pooping at public spaces and pooping at Starbucks is stressful.
Coffee is much more than the hot, black liquid that millions of us drink every morning; it is a worldwide commodity that has been keeping us awake for hundreds of years. It seems that a coffee shop can be seen on every shopping center and a coffee pot in every work break room. Our lives today revolve around coffee, regardless if we drink it or not, and ironically it not only stimulates of senses but also our economy. We wouldn’t be able to imagine Bill Gates not with his cup of coffee making Microsoft in his garage, or Henry Ford waking up early to perfect the auto industry and the assembly line. The economics of coffee may not be a simple one to study, but it is one you will be kept up all night learning about.
After co producing an independent film (playing on February). I am happy to announce that I have been working so hard to get my hands on events & marketing in San Francisco. Other than tending bar at this unique venue, Cigar Bar & Grill, I have convinced them that I can throw awesome parties. I know some of you can testify to that.
First I would talk about the relation between energy drinks and anxiety, second I will talk about how it takes your organs and lastly I would talk about how it affects your wallet.

Specific Purpose: To inform the class about how a cup of coffee affects the brain.
Americans are obsessed with a lot of things: our smart phones, celebrities, and finding a good bargain. But perhaps the thing we’re most obsessed with is good ol’ coffee. For many of us, our mornings are perfectly diabolical without at least a cup or two or three of the stuff. And, come 2 o’clock, when we know in our heart and bones we’ll never make it ‘til five and we need that pick me up, many of us head to the nearest deli or barista to grab a cup of “second wind.”
We believe there ought to be a law to address an age restriction on caffeinated energy drinks. Recently, there has been an increase of health issues that have resulted from energy drink related causes. These health issues can be present in every person, no matter their age, yet they seem to be affecting teens, and young adults the most. This is likely due to their bodies being incapable of processing an absurd amount of caffeine contained from the energy drinks. Information shows that: a third of young people consume energy drinks, and animal research based on the effects of energy drinks showed how, “...caffeine can prime the still-developing teen brain for later drug use”.
Over the years soda has become a staple in our lives, and is unfortunately extremely toxic to our bodies. Which is why we need to make the effort to limit the amount we drink and make ourselves aware of the risks we expose to our health when choosing to drink soda. Imagine yourself, drinking soda all day with your friends, having a chugging contest to see who can drink the most soda. You would think that this can’t harm you, but that was until next morning when you’re admitted to the hospital with signs of heart problems. This situation has been in the shoes of other millions all around the world.
American singer, Kinky Friedman, once stated, “Money can buy you a fine dog, but only love can make him wag his tail.” In the spring of 2017, my friends, Eva and Anna, and I raised over one hundred dollars to donate to Pets Inc. Animal Shelter. Despite our exhaustion, we stayed up till nearly eleven at night baking brownies, banana bread, cookies, and lemon bars to sell at Owens field the next day. That morning we set up a stand beside the soccer fields to sell our products. Luckily, the bake sale was a success and by the end of my sister’s game, we had sold almost everything.
Right now, the news reports that Michele Obama is going to play a far more visible role working with the public and speaking out. The thought is she will take an ever higher role than she already has in the fight against childhood obesity and continue to emphasize the significance of healthy eating and nutrition for kids. Thank goodness! There is no higher dilemma in the United States Nowadays than the rising obesity rates of the American population, especially child obesity, and this difficulty wants a voice that will reach every single property in America These days.
Schools should not just be offering what they call "nutrious drinks" There is a time in a child's life that they need to start making their own desitions. America was built on freedom. A big part of america is the freedom to do what we want, and i think we should be privlaged those rights in school as well. I understand why you would restrain certain things from elementary school students, but we are in middle school now.
