The entire world is digitized and interconnected, there is no doubt in that, and in order to communicate with others you probably need a cell phone. A single home phone was good back in the day when there wasn’t new technology available, but now since we have gone from having a brick sized cell phone with no other capabilities other than calling, to smart watches that can basically replace your entire computer Because of the diversity of people as well as wealth, it is expected that there are phones to fit everyone’s price range, while being quality objects that function on a level similar to drastically more expensive ones. For phones, this comes in the form of specifications. Since it’s a phone, and what we view matters, according to GSMArena, it states that it has a 720 by 1280 screen resolution, which is similar to what a large amount of full sized televisions have. Furthermore, the best smart phones only go up to 1440 by 2560, which means that it isn’t entirely terrible since phones are usually less than 6 inches diagonally, which in turn results in the law of diminishing coming into play since after a certain point, the differences won’t be noticeable and only have negative effects like battery loss and overheating at the cost of the screen image looking slightly better and sharper. Secondly, it has an 8 megapixel camera. Even the $500+ iPhone has an 8 megapixel camera. And just like most phones, unless the subject and room at really dark, the difference in image quality can’t be noticed. As stated above, quality can only increase to a certain limit before the phone manufacturers increase things just so the consumer could think they are getting more value by seeing higher digits on a specification sheet.And lastly, it has a light Android skin in order to reduce lag. The Moto G comes with an approximately 2000 MaH battery, although that doesn 't mean much alone, it translate to mostly being able to spend a whole day of moderately using the cell phone. Once again, most phones are compared to the flagships, and the phone with the largest battery is the Droid Turbo by Motorola which houses a 3900 MaH battery which is close to double of the Moto G. However, even though the phone being evaluated doesn’t have the best battery, it can still make it through a single day while the latter is meant to go for 2 days of mixed used, and for most people, they only expect to have to charge their phone over night, it may seem like an unnecessary feature for some.
