I strongly believe that illegal immigrants coming to our beloved country is a wonderful thing. To start,1607 was the first year for the immigrants to cross the border into our country. It was mostly to live a better a life. The “Aliens” crossed the border riding in boats(English men,women and children).The Americans from then didn't really care about the border crossing, instead thought they were “Wise” to the issues back at the mother land.Additionally, in 1700 there was 225,000 whites and 27,500 black immigrants ,in total 252,500 people. With 27,500 illegal immigrants, in its total population, that's 11.85%, Not really much in that time period compared to the 21st century but for then, it's a lot.So this shows that even blacks were wanting to come here rather than their home country.Although, I pressume that you would be thinking,”well what if they were all slaves?” well ,they actually weren't,they came here undetected. …show more content…
