Do you want to know what the perfect hunting trips would be? I will explain more in this essay. This is what I’m going to talk about through the whole story. I will be talking about elk hunting, bear hunting, antelope hunting, and alligator hunting. The perfect hunting trip for elk would not be getting a bull right away. It is no fun if you only hunt for 5 minutes and kill an elk right off the bat. I would like to travel to Montana because that seems to have a ginormous population of Elk, but Kentucky is closer and we own property down there so we wouldn't have to pay much money for staying down there. I am debating whether head to Arizona. I would want to head down to Arizona because they have multiple trophy elk down there. I don’t know what weapon I would like to use, but I would like to use one that would kill …show more content…
I would like to hunt antelope in Wyoming. People usually sent up a ground blind right next to a watering hole. I would probably use a 308 because of the wide, open area. I have to shoot from a farther range. I would be extremely excited if I were able to go.
Last, I would like to alligator hunt. We would be hunting from a boat and we would shoot their heads once they pop out of the water. I would be using a .17. I would like to hunt in Louisiana. I would like to bring a friend, but that’s a long shot. I would be extremely excited if I would be able to go. I comprised an idea, I would have a friend and he will be on my team, and that friend’s guardian would be on my dad’s team. We can have a competition to see who gets the most alligators during the whole hunting trip. The teams are correspondent so it will be fair.
As the perfect hunting trips, I would like to go bear hunting, elk hunting, antelope hunting, and alligator hunting. I would hope these activities come true. Those activities are on my bucket list. It would be a dream come true if I do those hunting

Hunting as we all know can be a very controversial sport in the eyes of the public. Hunting as described by Webster’s Dictionary is the activity or sport of chasing and killing wild animals. There are numerous different ways to hunt the same animal as well as innumerable different species of animals to hunt. Hunting includes trapping, shooting, and even fishing. Americans tend to hunt for the sport of it while citizens of other countries often depend on the catch of the prey to feed their families and communities.
It is early in the morning; the majestic Elk bugles in the distance. The sun is kissing the tops of the peaks with the most beautiful gold, and painting the clouds rose red. The men and women who enjoy the outdoors whether it is hunting or just hiking help make these types of moments possible. Hunting and the ecosystem is tied closely to conservation of land and animals. The articles of “Hunting and the ecosystem” written by the South Dakota Game Fish and Parks Department (SDGFP), and “Facts and statistics on wildlife conservation” written by Roger Holmes, director of the Fish and Wildlife, touch on how hunting is important in the environment to keep a good balance in the ecosystem. They also point out how hunters do more than any other organization for wildlife and environment. Our country was created by outdoors men who hunted and they passed their knowledge of the outdoors to their kids. Hunting has worked its way down from the generation and we should learn to “pass it on” Hunting is great for the environment and wildlife and should be preserved for the ages to come.
I kept practicing I knew all I had to do was get an elk within 40 yards and it was mine, no problem. As summer progressed I knew I was getting to be a pretty good shot. I was able to hit something about the size of a tennis ball at 40 yards every shot.
Hunters often reveal that being in nature provides time to clear the mind. In the woods, there is no rush, no schedule, and no deadlines; nature moves at its own pace. This interaction provides a deep spiritual connection with the land, the wildlife, and our planet. Hunting has been around since the beginning of time and has been in many people 's lives for generations, these are some reasons why people all across America continue to hunt. Hunting has many benefits such as reducing deer related car accidents, controlling deer densities in heavily human populated areas, creates jobs, and feeding and supporting families. Thus, deer hunting is necessary for several reasons.
Wildlife tourism has become a particularly popular trend over the years. Riding on elephants, taking pictures with lions, swimming with dolphins are only a few of the adventurous and thrilling activities that wildlife tourism provides. Even my own school is planning a trip to South Africa to participate in several of the enthralling ventures.

Now you know why hunting is a good thing because of the four main facts: it is a way of life, it can control animal populations, it is a job for some people, and it helps people physically.
It’s a brisk November morning like any other day, but today isn’t any other day, today is the first day of firearm deer season. Shots are going off everywhere like world war three declared on deer. I’m wrapped in every hunting garment I own but winters cold embrace always finds its way in. My cheeks are rosy red and my breath was thick in the air. As I raise my shotgun and pull the trigger, my heart races and my hands shake. As I race after my prize, the sounds of leaves crunching beneath my feet are muffled by the ringing in my ears. I’m walking face to the ground like a hound on a trail and then my eyes caught it, my very first whitetail. I will never forget my first deer and the joy I felt sharing it with my family. Hunting is a passed down tradition for my family and friends. Throughout the world, millions of people participate in the spoils and adventure of the hunt. Hunting has been a pastime since the beginning of man. Hunting is one of those things either you like or you don’t like. It’s hard to explain the joys of hunting ,because it’s something one must experience for his self. Hunting does have laws and regulations you have to abide by. Are hunting regulations benefiting the hunter or the animal? This paper will discuss some of the regulations and laws, types of game, disadvantages of regulations, the pros of regulations, poachers, and ways to preserve wildlife and there habitat.
Hunting has been a necessity for life since the start of time. Hunting was needed to feed family’s day in and day out. But in the twenty first century, Americans have evolved so hunting is not really as big of an obligation as it was in previous generations. Americans have learned to contain specific animals, such as cows, pigs and chickens, farmers then raise them and harvest them for their meat. But in some rural areas of the United States, it is a completely different aspect. Individuals who live in areas such as Alaska, Montana, and The Dakotas don’t have a local grocery store to buy their T-bone steak or ground beef. These individuals have to hunt for their meat in order to survive. Each hunter may have their own individual techniques; they may hunt for specific big or small game animals and use basic or more complex techniques. All of their different techniques come back to the basic techniques used for hunting. But all of the separate hunters have the same common goal, and that is to survive.
The freezing cold and often wet conditions that come with this miserable time of year are unbearable and no protection from these hostile elements exist in a tree stand. To make matters worse, the list of things to do while sitting in a freezing tree stand, that regardless of its position seems to constantly catch every wintery blast of wind, is unbearably short. I often try to pick up a handful of pebbles or maybe a few hickory nuts, fresh from their outermost shell, to throw at squirrels that seem to take over the forest this time of year. Sniping an unsuspecting squirrel in the head with a pebble often is the most exciting part of a hunting trip because most of the time spent in a stand, a deer is not even seen. The anticipation builds as more and more time goes into a hunt and I always get nervous. I question myself, wondering if I will even get a shot, if I do, will my shot even count? I still have to face the almost impossible task of finding the deer if I make the shot. All this anticipation builds until I see him, a beautiful buck completely oblivious to his impending doom has walked directly in my line of fire. I raise my gun and slide the safety off with a sharp click but the lone buck does not seem to hear this noise over the whistling of the wind and the crunching of the decaying leaves beneath his
Hunters across the world are in range of an opportunity to hunt a trophy animal.
Hunting may have been a crucial part of survival a 100,000 years ago, but in 2015 we have no need to hunt. Today hunting is just a cruel leisure activity.
Hunting is a prime pastime for millions of Americans. Being able to own a gun and to hunt animals on land that you own is an immeasurable blessing and privilege. With this privilege comes great responsibility which includes following the laws that have been put in place concerning hunting, such as not hunting without a permit, using the correct techniques when hunting specific animals, and knowing what weapons are legal to hunt the specific animal with. There are many different animals to hunt, and the techniques to hunt them are easily managed.
