According to Child abuse statistics five children die everyday due to child abuse, 9.3% of children are sexually assaulted, 7.1% are emotionally abused, and last but not least, 62.8% of children are neglected. Child abuse should be prevented from happening because it is going to affect a child, emotionally, physically, and mentally. The main goal in this paper is to show that child abuse can lead to a violent lifestyle in the future, what child abuse is and how to recognize child abuse, child abuse leads to mental illness and last but not least, is there a limit a parent 's can go before it 's considered child abuse.

No child has to go through an immense amount of pain, because of being abuse. Abuse or anything that leads to it should be prevented everywhere. No amount of discipline tactics that leaves a permanent or a mental scar, makes it right for a child to have that kind pain. Child abuse can go to the point that in the future a child might have a higher chance of being involved in adult crimes because of the past. It can go to the point where having flashbacks of a vivid, hunting life is a daily thing that takes away their childhood, or the ability for them to become someone, and where every daunting memory they go to sleep with, turns into an utterly, horrible nightmare. A parent has all the right to care and do everything in their power to discipline a child but there must be a distinctive line between abusing and discipline a child. There are so many things that I have never found really interesting to me or at least something that could make me want to try and change it. I still don’t understand why people want to hurt kids. This is not something that should be a norm in our culture, but it is. This should be changed instead of just letting it happen sure it is going to be hard to charge, but there are still things that we can do to help kids that have gone through it and their parents. It also does depend on who abused them then they can go to jail. There are still things that we do not have a real understanding as to what sexual abuse is in general.
