have multiple options for breast augmentation. The first step towards confidence is finding a board-certified plastic surgeon whom you trust and feel comfortable with. Together, you both will kick-start the journey towards a better life. Plastic surgery is an important decision and there are many options to consider.
You and your plastic surgeon will decide which breast augmentation option is best for you. As with any type of surgery, your health and safety are first and foremost. Implant type, location, and incision type will all be considered to match what will be the most compatible with your body and what will meet your wanted results. A choice needs to be made about the type of implant that will be used that will suit your body with the help of your doctor. Breast implants are made from two different materials, either silicone or saline. Silicone implants contain gel to mirror the natural feel of a breast. Saline implants are filled with saline, a salt water mixture that is sterile. The type of material and incision site is chosen depending upon your surgical goals and what will work best with your body. Implants can be placed in one of two places: under the breast tissue or under the muscle. The placement will vary in the texture and shape of the breast once the implant is placed; the overall form of the breast you want and your body structure will determine the placement. There are three locations incisions can be made and the locations will be discussed between you and your
plastic surgeon. These incisions are periareolar incisions, inframammary incisions, and transaxillary incisions. The periareolar incision consists of making an incision around parts of the areola. Inframammary incisions are made underneath the breast. Transaxillary incisions are done under the arm. The locations of these incision sites are intended to minimalize scar visibility. Your plastic surgeon will holistically evaluate your desired results, the anatomy of your body, and what he or she recommends as the safest way to achieving the best look for your body that you will love. Invest in yourself and invest in your future. Your choice today will change your life tomorrow. Change your life for the better.

As human beings, we have free will. We have control of our lives and what we want to make of them. We must learn to see what is beyond our abilities to change and also what we must have the strength and perseverance to alter.
5 Reasons You Should Be Getting Botox Wrinkles are not unavoidable; they are not a necessary part of aging. Some look to wrinkles as a sign of aged wisdom, but most men and women do not look forward to them. In fact, they are considered an unwelcome and distressful part of the aging process. For many years now, Botox has been available to treat these distasteful telling signs of our years on earth. Today, more people than ever are not only using Botox to treat wrinkles but to prevent them as well.
After learning of the negative consequences that may, and probably will arise from breast implants, it is surprising that so many women are still getting them. It is major surgery and the benefits of having larger breast is not worth the unnecessary chance of death or serious pain for life. More work needs to be done on the study of breast implants because women need to know what they are putting in their bodies. Breast implant manufacturers need to be held responsible, and plastic surgeon should be required to make sure every woman is fully aware of all the possible side effects before she has any type of surgery done.
Faster Recovery – Patients who have bloodless surgery recover faster and leave the hospital earlier compared to patients who had transfusions. The risks and complications of bloodless surgery are much lower. Patients spend less time in the intensive care unit. Their survival rate is higher 95% compared to patients that took blood which had an 89% survival rate (www.pbs.org - “Bloodless Surgery”).
Reader! It has come to my attention that the human world has been thrown into major conflicts surrounding the ethics of restoring the function of the face, using microsurgery, to those with severe disfigurements (Lamparello). This revolution of the science that led to my creation has almost rendered me speechless! No longer will patients feel hideous in their own skin because of unforeseen circumstances. Oh, how it is a horrid life to live, to be unaccepted by your fellow man, no matter how much YOU try and assimilate! Facial reconstruction is an innovative process that can improve the self-confidence of those whom were born naturally disfigured or were disfigured later in their lifetime. Face transplantation implores my interest simply because of how close it pounds at my wretched heart. When I escaped to a land far from the accursed laboratory I was “born” in, I found documents belonging to my creator that detailed his disgusted thoughts during my creation and final “birth”. It was exceptionally difficult to study his horror-stricken account of my hideous appearance (Shelley 34). When he’d lain his eyes on his obsession for the first time, he promptly disregarded his previous claims of my
“Just take my hand, together we can do it, I’m gonna love you through it.” (I’m Gonna Love You Through It- Martina McBride). Breast cancer is an awful disease that will change your life in a single moment. ”Everything in my life was turned upside-down. I really had a wonderful life; A husband, three children. And breast cancer came along and just smashed my world” (Janelle’s Journey). Breast cancer is an aggressive war that takes a great amount of fighting to survive. “You go from being perfectly healthy, to feeling like, ‘okay, I’m dying’. It started a whirlwind of things that I never anticipated having to go through.” (Bonnie’s Story- Beyond The Shock). Did you know that the youngest person ever to have been diagnosed with breast cancer
Breast-feeding is when the mother feeds her child with the milk from her breast. Breast-fed babies normally eat between 8-12 times in a 24 hour period (Lindsay 150). According to Stuhldreher, “Before the eighteenth century, human milk was the only source for infant feeding. If a mother did not breast-feed, a woman called a wet nurse fed her baby” (Stuhldreher, Par.19). Starting in the nineteenth century a new mother was able to decide whether she wanted to breast-feed or feed her baby formula milk. If a mother is able to breast-feed, she should do so for the sake of her child and herself. Many studies show that breast-feeding is beneficial to both the mother and the child in many ways (Stuebe 156). Breast-feeding is an essential step for ensuring good health for the mother and her child.
Stating the obvious, no one can choose the gender they are born with. It is possible to change genders through extensive surgery once you are older, but you cannot choose how you are born. Maybe one day there will be the technology and science that provides that possibility, but today it does not exist. It is no new topic, but government mandated health care is something to be addressed. Though people’s opinions go back and forth and there is no leading side, many people have heard of the topic of government mandated birth control. The main argument in support of this is the question of why women should have to pay for something out of their control, while men do not.
Some people have decided that plastic surgery may help improve someones mental health and therefore should be included in health care insurance, I think this is just absurd. I am all for the improvement of mental health care considering it is very lacking in this country but I also think that until there is more proof to this argument we should not include it in everyones medical insurance fees. America is having a crises when it comes to mental health care and already doesn't include mental health care in many insurance policies as it is and this far fetched idea may not be a good thing to add in for the general public until we have more evidence to support this topic. However, I don't think general cosmetic surgery should be allowed, I do see the benefit of other "cosmetic" surgeries such as gender reassignment surgery which I feel these are less cosmetic and more geared towards mental health.Basically, I generally disagree with the idea that cosmetic
The United States government has a plethora of responsibilities- however, being a teenage girl’s moral compass is simply not one of them. Everywhere one may go, we find discouragement against unprotected sex and encouragement to practice abstinence. Nevertheless, teenagers continue to be sexually active. Teenage boys are receiving contraception at the drop of a hat in response to this, yet conversely, there is little in place to stop girls from reaping the inevitable consequences of unsafe sex. Moreover, it is very rarely even necessary for teenage girls to undergo a medical exam before going on birth control pills- so why is it that these pills are unavailable to teenage girls over the counter?
For many years in the United States, circumcision was considered a part of basic hygiene. Now medical professionals are not so sure. The medical uncertainty has regular Americans arguing as well. The issue of male circumcision is a hot-button topic. Some liken circumcision to genital mutilation, and some assert that it is a medical necessity. To please both parties, I propose that limiting circumcision to those 18 or above in medical settings.
Beauty is a huge thing in the world today. Looks are the first thing someone notices about you and it is what they judge you on. It is just how our society is today. Unfortunately, it is what the world has come to. The biggest extreme that someone can go to to enhance their natural beauty is to have plastic surgery. People are choosing to have plastic surgery due to the influence of celebrities, selfies, bullying, how important beauty is in society and the health benefits of it as well.
The world of cosmetic surgery is one of the largest and fastest growing industries worldwide, bringing in billions of dollars each year with cosmetic procedures that both men and women are having, in order to improve their looks, self esteem, and fulfilling societies norms and values. Cosmetic surgery has been accepted in certain cultures, this is a way of expressing who the person is. In my opinion cosmetic surgery is a good thing for individuals to pursue. As cosmetic surgery improves mental and physical well being, cosmetic surgeries through media, as cometic surgeries are improving health related issues, and creating opportunities for people.
We make choices every hour, every minute, and every second of our lives; whether big or small our choices are slowly putting us in the direction we choose or end up. Many of us do not realize what contributes to the choices we make and why it affects others the same way if affects us and because of this many authors and writers have written stories and articles about coming to terms with making a choice and how to better ourselves when it comes to decision-making for the future.
