Persuasive Essay About Middle School

Middle School

Now that middle school is coming to a great end I thought I would write about it. I didn’t think middle school was going to be as easy as it actually is. My 5th grade teacher always said it was going to harder than elementary school but it’s not in my opinion.

My 6th grade year was probably the best I mean all of them were great but if I had to pick my favorite year it would be 6th grade. Just because I had great friends, good teachers and surprisingly good grades. I think you definitely get more freedom in middle school that was a really good thing about it. You had more than one teacher, didn’t have just one classroom, you could go to the bathroom without your entire class, and you didn’t have to walk in a line everywhere

you went.

7th grade wasn’t that much different from 6th grade you still have just as much freedom or even more. The work was much harder but that’s expected when you move up a grade. I always end up with great teachers who try their hardest to make me succeed. In 7th grade I also took part on the softball team starting as a 7th grader which was a really great experience. My grades were also great but I’m not the best thinker when it comes to math I battle through it though and always end up with a good grade.

8th grade has been great but it’s getting pretty sad that it’s coming to an end. It’s the last year i’ll be at Oak Grove middle school and i’ll be moving across the street to the high school. A middle school has been a blast and so much fun and definitely not what my 5th grade teacher described it. I payed on the softball team again in 8th grade where I also started but hopefully fingers crossed i’ll be a softball player in high school to. But it’s time for a change in scenery.
